Went to Sunny's today for the first time to get acrylic nails and lacker done. They did not turn out good at all! Very uneven, super thick in areas and didn't turn out the style that i showed them. I tried to tell three different lady's there, that i was not happy with the way they turned out but they couldn't understand me (or acted like they couldn't) it turned 6pm (closing time) and they started turning off lights well i was still there so i gave up paid and left but i will be calling the manager in the morning. This is the best nail salon I have been to! And I've been to at least 5 or 6. Finally a place that gets the shellac on my entire nail and doesn't cut me. Another bonus is you get a loyalty card (worth $20). Definitely going back! Read Less

I wanted to try this place because of all the great reviews, and I am glad that I did. They were very welcoming the moment I walked in. Extremely focused on customer needs. They genuinely seem to care about the customer and it shows. Prices are very reasonable. I was early for my pedicure and they let me sit in the massage chair with my feet soaking in the jet spa and offered me a water while I waited. Both times I've went here it's been really busy. Busier then any other salon I have been to. My nails were done by the female owner the first time and I was very impressed! She was very friendly and did an amazing job! Half way through she had to get up to try and calm another customer because they were upset about not having her shoes put back on after her pedi. (The girl that did her pedicure wasn't done. She was letting the polish dry) nevertheless. The customer was upset because she was inpatient. The owner did what she could and then came back to me and apologized for having to step away. She was very upset that the lady had a bad experience. I work in retail so I know if someone is genuinely upset about their customer service or if they push it off with the point of view of "oh she's just another customer, it doesn't matter" she was genuinely upset! It showed she cared about ever single person that walked in her door. Tonight I went in again! This time while my nails were drying the male owner came over to check on me! He was extremely nice and we even found out we went to the same high school of 300 people! He was extremely friendly he made me feel like I've been going there for years! Went to this location the other day, met the new owner and his wonderful staff. Not only did I feel immediately welcomed, they also tailored to my every need. I asked for a basic manicure and received the most phenomenal design you could imagine! The price was very reasonable for the service they give as well as military discount, couples discount, and group discount. I would highly recommend Sunny Nails to any of my friends and family. Came here with my husband's sister and grandma to get our nails done. Staff was super nice and the place was clean with well sterilized instruments. Counters could be cleaner in between clients. But they were still clean. Owner was super nice made sure we were taken care of. Checked with us on the way out. The prices are also reasonable. The staff put a beautiful design of the shellac which has lasted super well especially since I am hard on manicures. So far much better experience than when the original owners of the shop Ruby's was there. They have definitely turned a better leaf. The staff also try's to get to know their clients.
