I paid for a deluxe pedicure and received a subpar Lesser pedicure that I could have done myself and saved the money. I believe that had I not went in with a coupon I would have had a much better experience it would have been longer and more attention paid and I even specifically asked for a few certain things that I did not get. I've been to other nail salons and or hair salons that take time to give you a decent massage do really a good job on your winter feet which I asked even though I maintain mine pretty good on my own. only thing I really liked was the color of the nail polish that ended up on my skin that I had to remove when I got home I tried talking to make the experience last longer I wasn't even told the chair had a massaging Factor until right at the end of my pedicure I don't recommend going in with any sort of coupon and when I got there, a sign in the window said that the service I was receiving was cheaper than what I paid even with the coupon I would probably go back and give them another chance if I knew I was going to get what I paid for and not and express version because I used a coupon and note if you do go in with a Groupon there is only one person and on certain days that you can have that done on. My pedi lasted less than two days as she didn't take the time to do it properly and cleaned up in front of me with pink dish soap. Spending 5 seconds cleaning the tools she reused instead of getting new ones for the next person..... Yuck... No extras no toe deviders, don't use new files or tools. Read Less
