I only go to these ladies for anything and everything nail and waxing related. They always leave my brows full and beautiful and also keeping them clean. They never miss a hair on my upper lip. Along with waxing their nail care is phenomenal. My nails always last so long and never lack in strength after treatment. Really well run and will fit you in as soon as possible. I personally did not have a good experience. Very low quality work for a hefty price. My nails are all different shapes and multiple are crooked. When I pointed that out the woman told me it was my finger that was crooked. I was up charged for getting my nails done in the almond shape instead of a coffin shape and most of them are more triangular than almond. The only good part was the hot rock pedicure which I would recommend. Another thing was she wouldn't speak to me and I was in there for THREE AND A HALF hours for a full set and pedicure. Today I had a horrible experience there. My nails have gotten really long after getting shellac so I went in to get the shellac off and get another color. There was a new girl helping me who didn't speak any english. She "trimmed" most of my nail off and filed, for what seemed like an eternity but she could not for the life of her shape them! EVERY NAIL ON MY HAND HAD A DIFFERENT SHAPE! The nails were so short that there was literally nothing I could do! I told the owner(? it seemed like the one answering the phones was the lady in charge) right away and they told me if I want long nails I can get acrylic.....WTF BRUH DON'T CUT OFF MY LONG NAILS AND THEN TELL ME TO GET ACRYLIC!Thankfully the lady I always see was there and she tried to fix what the other lady did. She tried but at that point my nails were so short there wasn't much she could do. I left with my beautiful, long nails chopped off and no nail polish and I still paid. I am very disappointed. I've come here many times for manicures and pedicures and always left a happy customer, until now. I usually get the same lady who does a great job on my nails! It is true that the ladies there don't always chat with you and just talk amongst themselves while doing your nail but I don't care about  that. As long as my nails look good I'm happy! BEWARE before letting a lady in her 30s-40s who speaks no english (literally not even one word) work on your nail there- chances are she'll probably mess them up beyond repair! Read Less

I decided to look for a new nail salon that was closer to home. I looked up the best salons in Lincoln, & Happy Nails was one of the top 3 and right by my house. It seemed like a perfect switch, especially when I walked in. The place is well kept, clean, and the chairs are a lot nicer than other places. Also, they did one thing different that other salons don't which was wrapping the legs in warm towels. Needless to say, I felt comfortable and thought it was going to be a wonderful experience and that I'd found a new long term salon until I was up and my pedicure began. Like a lot of places I've been, the salon had employees that didnt speak very good English... which was totally fine except throughout the duration of my visit they spoke in their language back and forth the ENTIRE time and were audibly louder than any other salon. Also, I have a fairy tattoo on my leg, and one of the employees waved a washcloth towards it as she walked by, scoffed, spoke in her language aloud, and I was given dirty looks once it was noticed by her and other employees. I even smiled at a different worker and she gave me an awful look before quickly looking away from me. I felt like I was 2 inches tall. I wasn't offered a design either, & thats something I'm use to elsewhere. I was exhausted mentally, physically, & emotionally & had just got off work after being up since 5am. I was hoping for a relaxing experience, but I left feeling hurt & confused. Happy Nails is NOT a "happy" environment in my opinion, and I won't be returning!!! Read Less

Started my nails right away, then left me sit while the nail tech attended to other clients, that, by the way came in after me. She said they had appointments, fine but after sitting a half hour with no service, I left with nothing but really messed up nails.
