If you're looking for a place to get perfect acrylics, this is the place!! Kim has been doing my nails when I am in Nebraska for about 3 years now. She always does such a good job, and when I tell people they're fake nails, most people can't believe because of how natural they look! (even people who regularly get acrylics have told me this) I've gotten pedicures here as well and they're always great. I travel quite a bit so I don't get here super often, but even when I do Kim remembers who I am, asks about my mom, and how school and work and everything's going. Honestly the best shellac I have ever had. The edges of my nails are very clean and the polish is applied perfectly. It looks like the gel is locked on well and will last at least 2 weeks. Definitely worth it, and the price I paid was 26$ for a shellac on natural nail Read Less

My 5 year old daughter and I were walk-ins on a Monday afternoon. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. There were 4 other customers receiving services, but after picking out our colors my pedicure and my daughter's polish were started immediately. Great customer service, good prices, my pedicure was great and my daughter loved all the attention she got while getting her nails polished. We were in and out in less than an hour. Tammy gave me a fantastic pedicure. The only thing I would have liked is more dead skin exfoliated off my heels. The pedi has lasted me over 2 weeks and still looks great. My nails were clipped/filed perfect length for me, she pushed my cuticles back and got the polish to the root of my nail for longer ware, very clean salon, personable conversation and a great price ($18). Leslee is phenomenal, she takes her time and her work is flawless. She does your nails exactly how you want them. I never leave unsatisfied. The whole team at Fetish nails is wonderful. They take walk ins but I would suggest to make an appointment that way they can expect you and you don't have to wait around and they won't rush through if they are busy. Very poor customer service. The sign on the door says walk in appointments welcome. As soon as I walked in the door I was rudely informed they did not have time for walk ins. The shop had very few customers. Very unimpressed. Read Less

I thought this place was ok, but one day I couldn't make it to my appointment, I'm a busy mom i have so many things going on at the same time some days, so i called and ask if I could come at a later time and this girl rudely said, NO YOU CAN'T in a high toned voice, I was shocked she spoke with such attitude. I called later and spoke to one of the owner, she doesn't really want to say she's the owner. I ask her why did her employee spoke so rudely to me and she said, that's the way she talks and didn't even apologize, all she could say is called back when I'm not upset. If this place wants to be in customer service they should really teach their employees how to talk to people. I will never go back there. Read Less

I've been going to Fetish Nail every two weeks for several years now and I have never experienced anyone having to wait more than about ten minutes. I have tried about every other nail salon on the south side of Lincoln and can say Fetish Nail is the best! I had high hopes because several friends go here but I had an appointment (that I showed up 5 mins early to) for a mani/pedi and they didn't start working on my nails until 40 minutes later. Only 1 member of the staff was friendly and it was the worst gel manicure I've ever had. I had most nails start peeling off only 3 days later when typically mine last until they grow out (1.5-2 weeks). I really wanted to like this place! Read Less
