Poor service and a poor job. Had my nails done on Saturday (acrylic with shellac top) and had to go back in the next day bc the acrylic started peeling off. The person on the phone told me i couldn’t make an appointment bc he didn’t know if he’d have time for me. I ended up going back in later, they fixed it and it happened again the next day.

I walked in for my appointment with Mya (she wasn’t there) and another gal said “maybe i can do your eyebrows.” I told her I like the way Mya does mine and I’d like to stay with her. She said “Mya isn’t here so you’ll have to come back later.” I explained how I could not do that, and that’s why I made my appointment for 10:15. She told me I would have to find somewhere else to go, in a very RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL way. I have never felt so much disrespect and experienced such unprofessionalism. I will never go back.

Came here to get acrylic nails removed and get a shellac pedicure. The pedicure is amazing so far and comes with an amazing foot rub. The nail removal was horrible. She ran a nail tip under my previou...
Came here to get acrylic nails removed and get a shellac pedicure. The pedicure is amazing so far and comes with an amazing foot rub. The nail removal was horrible. She ran a nail tip under my previous acrylics to pop them off. It was painful and ripped one nail very low causing bleeding. then sprayed with alcohol and filed. Ouch!

I really like this place. I have been to many different salons in Lincoln, and am fairly particular about how I like my nails done. They listen to my special requests here and don't argue with me when I tell them what I want. Maybe I'm a giant pain, but they humor me here!!!😁

My toes looked worse after I left there. Cut in a strange uneven shape and polish is bumpy and not even to the end of the nail. My acrylic nails are thick amd fat looking which is an unpleasant and not natural look in have been able to achieve elsewhere. 2nd time i have been there tried to give it another chance but so upset to spend $70 amd look worse after leaving than when i came in that I just cant go again. So upset.

The person on the phone told me i couldn’t make an appointment bc he didn’t know if he’d have time for me. I ended up going back in later, they fixed it and it happened again the next day.

My toes looked worse after I left there. Cut in a strange uneven shape and polish is bumpy and not even to the end of the nail. My acrylic nails are thick amd fat looking which is an unpleasant and not natural look in have been able to achieve elsewhere. 2nd time i have been there tried to give it another chance but so upset to spend $70 amd look worse after leaving than when i came in that I just cant go again.
