I looked so forward to my mani pedi to leave feeling like I barely survived it. The older woman who did the mani was brutal. My toes hurt for days. She jabbed my big toe and made it bleeds and continued on with the brutal treatment. I winced several times when she was scrubbing away on my feet. I always get excellent service, my nails look great, they last and never peel or chip. The owner and all the staff are very courteous, and the place is so, so clean. I would recommend this nail salon to a visiting friend or family member without hesitation.My daughter told me about this place. She sells jewelry so her hands always have to look top notch. I'm sorry to be a party-pooper, but I was really disappointed.  After reading the glowing yelp reviews, my friend and I went to Luv Nails for pedicures.  We walked in and they said it would be 30 minutes.  We put ourselves down for an appointment, but it took about an hour because a group of girls came in for manicures before prom.  Then, we were sat in the chairs but because only three nail techs were working and two were doing the prom manicures, I had to wait while my friend got her pedi for it to be my turn with the same tech.  The worst infraction?  The foot massage was super short and weak.  She also trimmed my friend's big toe nail way too short and it looked...awkward.  I wasn't particularly happy with my final product either.  Neither my friend nor I plan on revisiting. For those not in the know, this place is now under new management. Same name, but new look and new staff. The prices also went up a little. However, it is still convenient, nice, and not too pricey. The pedicure chairs are great. The staff really take their time to make sure you get a well-done mani pedi. Bottom line, this is the only place I go in the Omaha area for my nail care needs. Went in for a pedicure and had a split nail. They fixed (filled) it, at no charge and it looked awesome. Whenever I go everyone is so nice and it's all about me for the whole time I'm there. The equipment it top notch, I've been worked on by all the techs at some point and they all ROCK!!! If you're in the area and need a little "me time" this is a good place to get your fix. Read Less
