I got the dip nails there yesterday and I did not have a good experience...only 1 person there was friendly the others not so much. The other thing is they were very dirty😞 The price for shellac nails was almost the same as acrylic. They were too pricy. I recommend the one in Papillion ( Papio Nails and spa) It’s very new clean and nice!

This place is horrible. It costs so much and I had to wait forever. It hasn't even been 1 week and it's almost all gone on my toes and shellac on my nails. They are also not very friendly

I got a pedicure her Friday night and Sunday morning it had completely peeled off one of my toes. The service was long time wise but felt rushed. Not a good experience for the money.

I was thoroughly disappointed in the pedicure i received this evening. I have no idea who performed the service as she did not introduce herself. The service took an hour and a half, but felt very, very rushed. I have never had a service take so long and turn out so poorly. Preparation for the pedicure was poor. My previous shellac pedicure was scraped and filed (not soaked) off of my toe nails in a fast and rough manner. (the skin above each of my toes is scratched from being filed which caused stinging and burning when anything else was applied to my feet after) At the end of the service she asked if it looked okay and she tried to pretend there wasn't a huge scrape in the middle of my big toenail. When i asked her to fix it she quickly applied another layer and asked if it was good. It was still rough and she attempted to fix it again with another layer. It looks a little better, but there are some obvious bubbles in the shellac. I was frustrated so I said it was fine and left. When I got home and looked closer I discovered that the polish doesn't go the edges of the nails, every nail edge is uneven, and the edges of my big toe nails are extremely jagged and I just had to re-file them myself. I have never ever had an experience like this and I really can't believe I paid almost $50 for this terrible shellac pedicure. We did voice some concerns to the man who rang us out, but he didn't seem too concerned and gave me a coupon for $5 off a future service. Woo-hoo. I absolutely will not return and would not recommend this place to anyone.
