I have always been very satisfide with their work! The prices are reasonable! I have gone in there with and without an appointment and the waiting time was not long at all! Had my acrylics done there the male did my moms nails and hers turned out decent but mine the lady with the drawn n eyebrows don't let her do your acrylics she didn't measure the tips before putting then on put the powder on way too thick didn't drill my cuticles down enough and put the acrylic over top the thin cuticle and it started to chip off and there was acrylic lumps under my nail and it cost me $50+ because I like to tip no matter what without $44 but still oh and she put a clear shellac coat on making it more expensive and just bad service and sanitation Read Less

HORRIBLE! RUDE! My daughter went to get her nails done for Homecoming today. They cut her thumb at the base, only put on two thin coats (you can still see the nail tips through it) and left polish slopped over on her skin. Looks like a 5 year old painted them. I called to complain and the lady who answered the phone was very rude. They didn't even offer to fix or clean up the horrible job they did. NEVER GO HERE! Read Less

HORRIBLE! Experience! My daughter went today to get Shellac for Homecoming. They cut her thumb at the base, left polish on her skin, looks horrible. I took pictures when she got home and I called and asked to speak with the manager. The gal said "We are busy, what do you want.". They were extremely rude. Went here for Mother's Day for the first time. It was great the staff was very friendly offered drinks and they had snacks for the day. I like that you get to choose the scent of scrub they use there was like six different scents I choose milk and honey mom got lemon lime. The place was very clean and I will definitely be back. I wish they would have asked if I wanted a design on my toes tho but it's ok and I could have asked too. Read Less

Clean! Staff is somewhat friendly but quiet which I totally don't mind. I love that I'm able to walk in. Many choices for pedicures which is what I got. He did an excellent job! Wasn't too fast but also not painfully slow. Water was a bit cold but he didn't seem huffy when I asked for warmer water.. alright! They ask you what you want to drink which is nice.
