Hello i am a customer of regal nails and today i was turned away after making a appointment for 3/4/2017 at 10:30. I even got a phone call at 10:15 asking if i could come at 11 and i agreed because i know they have a lot of customers. But when i walked in i was told they couldn't do it! This is the second time this has happened to me and i will not be returning to this place. This nail shop shouldnt allow people to make a appointment if you wont stand by it. Last time this happened to me i sat in the nail shop for an hour and nobody cared or even said we can take you later or nothing. They dont care about their customers or have any time mangement. Starting to feel descriminated against because it seems like all the black people are being treat poorly when it comes to getting their nails done. But hey i wont be returning so no worries! I have a kid named T do my nails and he does them very well in fact I have them thrown out by month and every single nail is still intact I've been putting acrylics on for a couple years now and I feel safe with them doing it they tell me if I have any weaknesses or any fungus or anything at all and they take care of it now I don't know about them talking behind my back in their language I really don't think that way but for the most part I do know they talk about lunches and clothes and stuff but they've never talked about me in front of my face I think some of the people misunderstand because it is in a Walmart and we all know how Walmart is but again I go there just to get my nails done I do not shop in the store so maybe my experience is a little different than others but I have always been treated well I've never been overcharged and if any of my nails broke within the time. The wait was a Little long, but it was worth my time . I suggest bringing in a picture of what you want done. My girlfriend is on vacation and she is actually a nail tech. She didn't have the equipment to change her shellac color so she went into regal nails. With in two days the nail polish already has chip in places. Shellac nail polish should last up to 2-3 weeks. The crazy part the base coat stayed on but the color itself didn't.The workers did not acknowledge me or even spoke to me. The workers spoke among themselves in their language. Read Less

(By the way, this location is inside of a Walmart)I went in, a bit skeptical because of other reviews. However, I had a wonderful experience. Tracey was gentle, she took her time, & her manner was very pleasant. She didn't try to talk me to death but she had very polite conversation. My nails were in a horrible condition when I went in, so I wasn't expecting much. They came out better than I could've hoped! She even offered to give me a 3rd coat of polish (the usual is 2) because she thought that would bring the color out more. (It did). Prices are reasonable as well. If you're looking for a spa experience this isn't the place but if you're looking for a quality job & a pleasant experience? Here's your place. Read Less

I would rate this a 5 star because John does an amazing job doing nails. However, I would have to drop them a star because all the other nail techs I will not allow to touch my nails again. They push too hard on the sander/filer which causes those infamous ridges and rivers near the cuticle. One was so bad that my pinky nail disconnected from 3/4 of my nail bed due to the trauma of it. John has a light hand and actually spends time ensuring the nails are attached correctly without doing more damage than having fake nails does anyway.Price = fair Read Less
