Went for the first time a couple of weeks ago and the young guy doing my nails did an OK job. Girl up front was on her phone the whole time, very unprofessional. She then proceeded to get into an argument with another employee that went on the entire time I was getting nails put on. I decided to give them another shot because the location is convenient and it’s one of the more affordable places in town. Older guy who seemed to be in charge did my nails today and he was extremely rude. Didn’t say hi or ask how I was doing. Asked what color I wanted and went to pick something out on his own. When he brought back his choice and I said no, could I pick my own, he brought over a couple of books to look through and pick without saying a word, almost mad that I’m taking time to choose my own color. He continued to be rude the entire time and I couldn’t wait to get out of his seat. Finally got up to leave and pay and the receptionist girl was once again on her phone FaceTiming someone instead of talking to me, the customer. He came up to take my card, asked me to sign for a tip and then took the receipt from me when I was done without saying a word. No thank you, no have a good day, no thanks for coming in, nothing. Can I take my tip back since he wasn’t even thankful for it!? This is the way they want to run business, they won’t be seeing me again and I will make sure I recommend their competition instead. The interior is very nice , but that's the only good thing I have to say about this place. My two daughters and I went here for some girl time and weren't even able to sit together. I wanted a mani with a full set but did not receive the manicure, and my nails turned out just okay. I felt the technicians were very unprofessional. Took my daughter and myself today. We both had pedicures, she got an acrylic set of nails with shellac and I had a manicure with shellac. Made an appointment. Sat down for pedis as soon as we walked in. Spent 3 relaxing hours there. The 4 technicians that worked on us were very nice and not overly chatty which we liked lol they were very gentle and not pushy. We will definitely be back! Read Less

I am not usually one to complain but yesterday I took my mom to this nail salon for her birthday and to have some girl time and the service we received was horrible! I had on some type of powder acrylic nails and they were ripped off taking the top layer of my nails with it instead of being soaked and gently removed. The gal I had nicked me so bad while clipping the cuticle that I bled bad enough for her to have to keep dabbing it with a cotton ball and there is now blood underneath my clear polish on that finger. The polish was done after that hurriedly and very sloppy and the hand massage could hardly be called a massage. At one point my phone rang in my purse and the nail tech got up to check her phone thinking it was hers that rang! Incredibly unprofessional. And that was just my experience! My mom only had shellac on her nails and they unevenly filed down her nails well past where they should of and nicked her pretty bad during the cuticle clipping as well! The whole time she felt like the service was being rushed (because it most definitely was). Plus the polish on her nails were done sloppy also. It was very disappointing and for both of us together the cost came to $65 for subpar service. My mom and I love going to get our nails done together and I am incredibly disappointed that BOTH of our nails our now ruined and this was supposed to be a gift for her birthday. My go to nail salon. Jump upgraded to a bigger spa and I love it. Tyler and Daisy are very professional. They also have very good staff who do very good work. My daughter attends school in Bellevue and while down visiting I needed to get a nail fixed but upon her recommendation.  I had a fill and my eyebrows done.  Wonderful experience and friendly staff.  Service was quick and very helpful.  I don't like picking colors and just show pictures of what I want.  He matched it perfectly!  Love my eyebrows too!  Will come back again on my next visit. Quite possibly the worst pedicure I've ever had. All the polish was old, towels were dirty and smelled awful, flies everywhere, didn't cut my cuticles and rushed through - even setting a timer for only 20 minutes. The paint job was done poorly as well. Read Less

Staff was very friendly, I had a manicure and pedicure done. When the lady was doing my manicure she had nicked the side of my finger, after I made her aware it was now bleeding she then attempted to still try in get the cuticles back by my nail causing more bleeding and quiet painful. Needless to say within 2 days I was at doctors office and by day 5 after visiting this nail place my finger had turned blue and was severely infected. I would never recommend this location to anyone! Just moved here and this was the first place I tried....never again.  They did a complete fill with gel polish in 30 min....I am used to 45 min to and hour!  They did a terrible job, left bubbles in the fill and the polish job was horrible!  Do not waste your time or money! Read Less

They gave me a pedicure without asking me what I wanted so I got a $35 pedicure and I wanted a basic $25. It was a nice pedicure, but they set a timer... And then rushed when the timer went off.There was a very weird type of smell in the shop as well. The could not understand me, and they spoke to themselves in their own language the entire time, not engaging me or asking The decor was so plain and the nail stations did not match and the flooring did not match. Amazing Shellac manicure.  Went all the way to the cuticle, so it will look nice for longer. Amy is so sweet and did a beautiful job. The girl said it was only her second day, and she didn't even go to school for it.... is that even legal? I have no idea, but it was a little sloppy but pretty colors. Can't complain for a $13 pedi. I've gone here twice now. Once was good and once was bad. My most recent manicure ended with several bloody fingers because the man decided to file my skin instead of my nail. The polish is also extremely bubbly on several of the nails. However, the first time I simply got French tips (done by a female this time) and they turned out wonderfully. I downloaded yelp and created an account just to write this review. I went to blue sky for an eyebrow wax because of a friend's recommendation. $8 for a wax! Most salons here charge 15-22 for a simple wax. And the service was great and so much more than a basic wax. In and out in 10 minutes for a walk in. Highly recommend. Read Less

Sophia did a wonderful job on my shellac manicure! She was patient and kind and paid close attention to detail. She was very gentle and took her time, she even fixed a bump at the very last minute without me having to say something. This is the first time that I can say I was truly happy and satisfied with a manicure. I will definitely be back and I will tell all my friends about this place! P.s. Horrible job! The young man who did my toes breezed through them so fast, I'm sure it's because his friend was hanging out waiting around for him. After 2 days my toes were all chipped up. I was told to come back in and they would redo them. Threw on some polish and let me dry ten minutes. I'm sure they will be chipped in 2 days. Do not go here...dirty, unprofessional, just awful. It's 10:05 (the sign says they open at 10) door is locked and lights are off.  Not a good start...They arrived a couple of minutes later and got my spa pedicure started right away.  The leg and foot scrub and massage were nice and I suppose the hot towel wrap would have been had it been warmer than room temp.The lady who did my toes was really nice and did a great job (I'm picky about them being the same shape and length). I came here one Saturday morning with my friend and we got acrylic nails for Prom. Since it was prom weekend I made us appointments as soon as they opened. They opened their doors at 10 but the other employees were late so they started my nails before my friends. But the people were quick with it and it looked fantastic!! They weren't very chatty with us though, but I didn't mind to much. I think I paid about $40 after a tip. Getting the nails put on didn't hurt, which is what I was worried about since it was my first time getting then done. The nails stayed on for over a month, I just took them off two days ago actually, they were extremely hard to get off and really mess up your nail buds! But that isn't the salons fault. Friendly staff.I only get spa pedis... which are lovely. Nice seats with massagers. I also like how the staff speaks English so I am able to communicate with them... they small talk with you so it makes it more pleasurable.The reason I gave them only 2 stars are because their designs are horrible and the paint chips off easily. I posted a pic of my toe nails with Ava written on it... and it looks like I had these painted for several weeks. When in fact it, has only been 2 full days... and half of today.  And I haven't done anything but stay at home with my feet kicked up as I am nearing my due date. I asked for my soon to be born daughter's name to be written on my big toe. It looks like my six yr old daughter did this at home... I am SO disappointed. I didn't even mention it to the staff because if they don't have the ability to make a good design then there was really no point in conveying this to the staff... plus they were all very nice. Extremely disappointing esp because my mom, daughter and I both got the same design by three diff nail techs and they all look the same (amateur). However, I probably won't be back to this salon unless I just want a plain color or they do great French tip with cute colors and rhinestones and such... maybe I should stick to something like that. But I hate to go somewhere and be limited to what I can get. I'll probably go back to the nail salon I am use to - where any design is made to look nice and professional AND where the paint doesn't chip. Read Less

Came here to get my eyebrows waxed when I was visiting my sister. They did a fantastic job! It's the best "eyebrow experience" I've ever had. Sadly I don't live in Nebraska, and probably won't get another chance to visit this salon...but my sister goes now!Minus one star because you sit in a chair with your head leaned back...and you're out on the floor....where everyone can see you!
