I was very unhappy with my experience. My water for my pedicure was cold. Had to ask them for warm/ hot water. They said I would have to wait for hot water. Then my water still wasn’t very warm. My stones and my towels were not very warm either. We had an appointment and a large group got in before us with no appointment. We waited 30-40 min after our appointment before we got in. Then I asked for a basic pedicure and only got my nails painted and the paint job is awful. I will not be going back. Very bad experience for what I paid.

I went in for a pedicure. I wanted yellow toes with a white flower design. The guy doing my toes and the lady next to me kept fighting me, saying it wouldn’t show. I explained I really wanted a white flower design and to please do that. My guy then continued to do a HOT PINK flower design sloppily. Then when walking me to the drying station, the guy messed up my toe by bumping it with my bag (he saw it) and he did not fix my toe.

They overcharged my debit card twice. The first time I thought it was an honest mistake, but they did it again on another visit. I have heard others say the same thing! They overcharge people and try to get away with it. They are a very DISHONEST business. I don't recommend them!

I was told to come back in an hour, so I came back in an hour and the lady said "I didn't know you were coming back." I said you told me an hour so I came back in an hour and she then wanted me to wait 20 more minutes.

I did not have a good time here. I would not recommend going here. My nails came out terrible along with my mothers. they shped my mothers nails wrong and the worker didnt even want to fix it when she complained. They burned my friend with a nail filer and on top of the horrible experience they are terribly expensive.

I was very unhappy with my experience. My water for my pedicure was cold. Had to ask them for warm/ hot water. They said I would have to wait for hot water. Then my water still wasn’t very warm.
