I asked for a 3pm, and Jamie said that'd be no problem and she'd have Lucinda call me. 30 minutes pass - no call back. I made an appointment with Sydney for a brow wax and Mendy for a full set of acrylics, this is my new favorite salon in town! Both ladies did an incredible job and I am more than pleased with the result. The atmosphere is oh so relaxing and everyone I interacted with was friendly and personable! I made an appointment online for a wax with Sydney! The online scheduling was about as easy as it gets... I was incredibly surprised she could get me in, as I scheduled the same day and the day before vacation. It was one of the most comfortable and best waxes I have ever had. Jamie was amazing since the moment I walked in; gave me a tour of the spa, fit me in without an appointment, custom made my nail color from scratch, used the best nail care including a complimentary paraffin mask over my hands, and all for the same price I would get in a regular nail salon. This woman is amazing, detail oriented, plus she was super sweet and funny the entire time. If anyone is in Billings, Montana THIS is the place to go!!!! Read Less

I got a pedicure and am very unhappy. The scrub hurt my legs and the lady painted my toes and told me it dried instantly. By time I got home the Polish was smeared all over my toes and the inside of my socks... definitely will never be returning. Read Less

I've gotten my eyelashes done here twice now and I'm SOOOO happy with the results!!! They are so beautiful, I don't really like to wear make up, other than mascara, and due to the smearing and tinting I'd always end up having to wear concealer...now all I have to do is wake up n BOOM my eyelashes look awesome! She doesn't even give u a hard time when u fall asleep and snore, n twitch around, and jerk your head all over the place...and although, I've never gotten the chance to get my nails done with miss Jaime, I've seen her work and it looks awesome!!! Plus, the ladies are all SUPER nice...after only going once they all remembered my name and greeted me the second time I came in, they've definitely earned my continued business. Read Less

Not your typical review since I didn't actually get any services done here, HOWEVER, I needed to praise the owner for her excellent customer service. Jamie was kind, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me in a recent issue concerning a gift certificate. In a situation where she didn't have to help me at all (it was MY mistake), Jamie took care of everything and she did it with a smile. She even surprised me with a little gift as her way of apologizing for a billing issue delay.This speaks volumes and is a clear sign of her integrity and how she runs her business. I'm traveling through Montana and went to Willow Creek yesterday after my esthetician back home never got back to me in time to get my monthly Brazilian wax. It's always a bit concerning to go to someone you've never been to before--especially for such a procedure--but Willow Creek's website looked nice and the other Yelp review seemed solid, so I took a gamble.Everything about my experience was great. I was with Ashley, who was so sweet and gave me tips for traveling through Wyoming, where we're headed next, and also gave one of the least painful waxes I've ever received. The salon was really nice--much fancier than the hole-in-the-wall places I go to in San Francisco--and they didn't mind at all that I was 15 minutes late (I called ahead) though most places would probably have given me attitude for being tardy.All in all, a great place and I would go back next time I'm visiting Billings!
