I was recommended this place by my Co-worker. Received pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax which came with a great mini massage. The pedicure really softened my worn feet as the nail technician worked carefully to remove the acrylic I currently had on my nail. I will definitely be visiting again. This is by far the best day spa I have ever been to. All the workers are super friendly and helpful, and the rustic theme is super cute. I got a facial and a massage and the atmosphere made me feel extremely relaxed. During both the facial and the massage, the workers were very attentive and seemed to really care about my needs. I struggle with some skin issues, and the staff were kind enough to give me advice on how to help my specific issues. They didn't at all seem like they were trying to sell me something expensive, but they 100% seemed like they were listening to what I had to say, and recommended the best product for what I'm dealing with. Extremely expensive. A basic pedicure is $55. That's just too much. The gals who work there are awesome and fun, and the atmosphere is unique, but the prices have to be competitive. They just aren't at Rustic. This is Montana, not LA or NYC. Please rethink your pricing. I won't be back, sadly. Had a bad manicure if I could post pictures I would what I wanted looked NOTHING like the pictures in fact I ended up painting over what she had done once I got home, and when I reached out to the salon to let them know that I wasn't happy I didn't get a response. Will not return OH and I booked 3 months in advance because we had multiple people, I called a few weeks before to cancel one of the people and they didn't even have us in the book! Beautiful place! So cute and fun! I went there with my mom, sister and grandma and was not up to my expectations. Quite possibly they're too high, but I usually go to Paris Nails and they live up to my expectations. 1. They didn't have very many colors ( I got gels ), 2. they couldn't do any designs for me. I finally found something I liked and wanted it closely replicated. Oh. My. Gosh. MISTAKE- It looks terrible, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. I could've done a better job with technique. 3. Not only that, the like toes/fingers on either hand/foot don't even look alike. She did something completely different on opposite hands/feet. 4. My sister didn't get what she wanted either, the nail technician did their own thing, even after showing a picture of what she wanted. She wanted to rip them off- which is unfortunate because the nails were for her wedding. 5. Severely OVERPRICED. I'm all about the quality and willing to pay extra for a good experience. We recently held a bridal shower here, and had over 30 guests receiving services. Even after doing back-to-back nail services for five hours straight, the owner and her techs were going flat out, turning out excellent quality, and making everyone feel welcome. I had a really good 1st experience, so much that I came back and brought others with me. From the start my only issue was they use latex gloves, however, I was provided services on more than one occasion without the use of gloves. Today however, when I arrived they refused to provide me service unless I allowed them to use latex gloves on me. They also suggested I provide my own non-laxtex gloves, or go to a shop that uses them. My daughter treated me to a mani/pedi for Mother's Day here. I was so excited, hoping it would be all that is had hoped for when you go to a spa type salon. We arrived on time, asked to pick polish and to sit. 20 minutes later I asked if they had any water. After a trip to the back, she brought out ONE warm bottle, there were two of us. We should have left then. That one gesture is how the business is run...with no real thought for the comfort of the customer! I question, now, if any of the techs are really trained. The pedis, swinging, getting in and out, could be very dangerous. I have a bad leg, my daughter is pregnant.The entire time felt that it was very unscheduled and disorganized. Our appt was at 6:00 pm for 2 pedis and one mani. We didn't get out of there till almost 8:00 and I didn't get the mani!!! Brandi said she would get me in and text me the next day. No text. Agree that it is a totally cute place, however it was the worst pedicure that I have ever had. I went with my daughter, her tech started her pedi right away, I sat with my feet soaking for 20 minutes while my tech finished his manicure appt. He barely filed the dead skin at all and when doing the salt scrub, he was so rough that it was painful and I have bruises. He then painted my nails, the whole thing took 20 minutes, then told me to sit there for 20 minutes to dry before putting my sandals on. my daughters pedi actually took the 60 minutes that it should. The menu also said that we would have a heated neck wrap which was never offered. I will not be returning, and would hope to save someone else the disappointment. Read Less

Very disappointing. They cancel your appointment at the last minute. Don't bother to return calls or verify online appointment. Last winter a co woker had a gift certificate to use . she waited in the parking lot and nobody even showed up. needless to say they did even tell her her appointment had been cancelled. I love the Rustic Nail bar! The place is always clean and quick to accommodate. The swings are a must try! I like how they have sinks rather than jet tubs (jet tubs hold dead skin and hold bacteria). The product they sell is good quality! I bought Christmas gifts for some of my family members and they loved them! I highly recommend the lotions, candles, and plush robes! I also love the decor!
