Randomly stopped in on an attempt to find a new place to get my hair cut. Stephanie cut my hair amazingly. She was able to replicate my desires well and is very professional and talented. I hate to be a killjoy, and I really debated whether to grade them. I was thinking that a couple of the girls (and I've had 3 different girls for a total of 4 visits), who have cut my hair are pretty young and they have to get practice somewhere.....Right? And it'll grow back.....Right????? But after yesterday's BUTCHer job, I'm reeeeally having to pep-talk myself into going out in public, and am even avoiding mirrors so I don't just bawl. I even had a pic for her to look at, but she cut at least 2 more inches off an already short cut and even if I were into that look (which I'm NOT), it's a reeeally bad cut. I honestly could've done this myself, and I'm no stylist. And she announced to all of us that Mrs So-and-So, called for another girl, and recited the request, which was to have her "mustache removed". Poor Mrs So-and-So. Good thing they don't sell t-shirts with their logo on em, or I'd definitely wear one so people could be forewarned!! :-( They get a 2 cuz one of them was in the ballpark for what I asked for and if given feed-back and another opportunity could probably do it right, but she's no longer there. I have been on the hunt for a new hairstylist ever since moving to Billings about 1.5 years ago.  I've been to both Euphoria and Synergy Salon.  Since the other two stylists I used came highly recommended, I didn't necessarily have high hopes for this salon. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised.  Kelli really took the time to make sure that my hair was exactly the length and style I wanted.  The cut she gave me was really on par with more expensive salons I've been to in the past.  She has 10 years of experience and just moved from San Diego.  She'll be the person that I go to now on.  Don't be put off by the dated building exterior or that there doesn't seem to be a set receptionist (Maybe they don't have one on slower days?  Not sure about the set up yet.  Will post a follow-up review). I am new to billings and was in dire need of a color and cut as I had procrastinated for fear of stepping into the wrong salon.. Well, no such luck.. I found renaissance and Ashley was awesome at convincing me to be a little more adventurous with my color and gave me a perfect cut and style.. I know where my future coif issues will be handled..
