Not impressed. Got a pedicure and the guy did an okay job but then when he finished painting my toes he got up without a word and disappeared. I didn’t see him again and was left sitting for almost a 1/2 hour with no explanation. There were several other nail techs around as well and not a single one of them acknowledged that I was left sitting there for no apparent reason. I won’t be returning. Read Less

I called right when they opened to talk to the manager, she got my number then hung up. I am still waiting for a call back 5 hours later. I was traveling through Billings and stopped to get my mani, and pedi there. I was charged 70 dollars and only tipped five do to my acyrlics being very big and full of bubbles, my toes look horrible, and my nails are super uneven. After I wrote 70 on the amount, then 5 dollars for a tip I headed out. Later that day I checked my transactions and got charged 84.00 dollars. The guy through a bigger tip in then what I gave him. I am waiting for a call back and if I do not receive one I will bring getting ahold of them for fraud because I have seen other reviews of this happening to others. They used to be an awesome place to get your nails done but now they do a crappy job my shellac manicure was rushed there is bubbles in it and they literally had drops formed on the end of the nails from them not taking the time plus they didn't even get them shiny afterwards if I'm gonna pay for my nails done I expect them to be done nice and not feel like an inconvenience and have to fix them myself I don't get my nails done often but I will not go back there Read Less

I am was in Billings for a few days and in desperate need of a fill. I spent two hours trying to find a salon that could fit me in. I thought this would be easy considering it was after the holidays and a work day for most. I actually saw this salon enroute to the fourth salon, thrilled to pieces I decided to stop here!Unfortunately I didn't get the woman's name that worked on my nails. I assume she was the owner (she answered the phones).They were fairly busy 4 ladies getting pedicures 2 getting mani's, but I was seated almost immediately. She did a phenomenal job on my nails. I do pink and whites, very simple but people manage to screw it up all the time. I showed her a picture of how I wanted the white tips to look and then asked her to do one nail a completely different color. I am super thrilled with how they turned out! She was very thorough paid attention to detail, they had five people come in towards the end and yet she still took her time.The salon was clean, roomie and had plenty of nail techs working. My only regret is that i'm not staying here, I don't have to find a new nail tech where I'm going. And hope they do as good a job as she did. Read Less

Mine and my friends experience was awful!! Paid 40 dollars a person (75 in all) for terrible Work! Not at all what we wanted and we even showed them a picture and turned out completely different and bad. They rushed it, was extremely rough, and even cut us both TWICE!! Came here to get a pedicure while on vacation. Worst $35 pedicure I have ever gotten. Had I only had to pay maybe $20, that would have justified the lack of service and skill. We had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes! Not a good experience. I kept hearing "well they're one of the only pedi places in the area"! Someone should open a new place then! Read Less

When I first walked in with my friend to say we had an appointment, the man was extremely rude. He very bitterly told us to pick out a color, and once we had our colors, he said "ok go sit down". once they had us come to the back to get our pedicure, the lady who did my toes was a going a little too fast when pushing my back cudicals and she actually cut one of them. Not to mention it was way too over priced for two pedicures that consisted of pushing back the cudicals, rubbing lotion on my calf with rubber gloves (weirdest feeling ever), and painting my toes. Which added up close to $100. While the lady's there seemed very rude, and judgmental of their clients. I don't recommend this place, and I probably won't be going back. But, it was very clean so I will give them that.Read Less

My pedicure was barely 30 minutes and cost $35. There was no scrub salt use and the paint job was less than medicore. When I asked the technician to clean up some of the nails that had paint on the skin, she basically just rubbed it around a bit with her nails, not using any acetone or anything. My daugther went here to get her toe nails done and about 3 days later her big toe was red and inflamed. It has ballooned up and I had to take time off of work to take her to the doctor's to get her antibiotics for the infection. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! Read Less

My sister and I went and got our nails painted this past weekend and both of us are experiencing the shellac polish peeling off just 3 days later. The service was rushed and not worth the $25!! I also saw a lot of people come in and get turned down. If you are going to go, call first. But I would recommend going somewhere else in general. Read Less
