Molly Fitzpatrick is the only person I will let cut my hair!! I used to go to another location (sportclips) where they apparently only know one style, and can't seem to keep employees that were finally figuring out what I wanted...a fee 3 or 4 tries. I was referred to Molly about 5 months ago, and she cut it just the way I was looking for. Now I don't have to wear a hat to work for weeks waiting for the next attempt...unless I want to, lol.

This has always been my go to for hair.. I have always had Wonderful hair colorists, stylists and the two women over my 15 years of getting extensions off and on were and are both wonderful, kind and helpful. It's a bummer to have to say though, that although I send many friends to this hair salon, the nail experience over the past two years has been atrocious. Not only did I take a taxi for a scheduled appt last year, which the receptionist rescheduled without my knowledge, when I texted my nail tech to explain that I had spend $18 on a taxi & it was their mistake; she still said that she wouldn't come in as she was taking the day off. I can't afford to spend that type of money to be told I cannot recieve the services I had scheduled. I then waited about a year and rescheduled and was told she can not paint simple nail art and suggested another woman. Although it took 3 hours, and was $80 plus a tip for a full set, I was satisfied enough, I suppose, to schedule a two week fill that day (since I usually get solid colors.) By the 3rd day 3 nails lifted off. Day four another. I let them know and she informed me that she had no openings between then and my next scheduled appt. I had black long coffin shaped nails-- Not something that looks ok to go without. Their policy is that if you have an outstanding appt repairs in that two week frame of time are free of charge. Not only did I get told she could not fit me in, she lied to another tech saying that my nails were 2 weeks out, not 4 days! Then scheduled me with another woman who charged me $4 per nail! So $112.00 total for a disaster. I didn't keep my two week fill as this is the worst business etiquette I've ever experienced. With my outstanding appt I should have gotten them fixed free of charge and if she was booked she should have stayed 20 mins late. I will continue to go here for hair services, but I will NEVER get my nails done here EVER again. Oh, and because I was so unhappy with how I was treated I had to schedule somewhere else and clip off the acrylic and my wedding is Saturday and one just sliced my eyeball and blood was pouring out, which I would not have had to do or experience had this technician followed through on her guarantee. I'm super unhappy with where this salon has gone as far as nail technicians since 2007!

I have been seeing Molly Fitzpatrick for Years she does my hair, my daughters hair and my two sons hair. She is amazing. Never a disappointment. I love the atmosphere at Nail-issimo, my teenage boys even feel comfortable going in to see Molly its such a relaxed and comfortable air about it and the end product is always a great, stylish cut the boys really like. I have also started seeing Rebecca for my nails. I have never been comfortable having a manicure until I started seeing Rebecca. She is wonderful. You have excellent kind staff who are amazing in there fields. Thank you.

They were able to squeeze me in for a pedicure on a Saturday afternoon when I arrived from out of town well overdue for a pedicure. Professional and competent nail techs with quiet semi-private rooms and standard pedicure chairs and tubs that were sanitized. The tech was polite and let me relax quietly. Good selection of polish and scrubs. My one complaint is that the massage was too light for my taste.

A friend and I won the works at this spa as a prize at a race car event years ago when my daughter was getting married. My hair had 3 different colors and a very new style. I got a pedicure, a body contour wrap, massage, facial, and they fed me lunch. I don't know why I left there and didn't look back at the great job all technicians did. When we left there we felt like royalty. I should have scheduled appointments then. After 10 years of bad experiences with mediocre estheticians and hair dressers, I finally got a clue and scheduled appointments at Nail-Issimo for two separate procedures. It was like going home. I got the royal treatment from Brit N., a tall, attractive, slender hair designer who also had a very confident personality. She trimmed my hair exactly the way I asked with no exception. I know from past experience that if my stylist is not attractive and confident, she tends to be a little deviant drama queen with no apologies for disasters. Brit is a mature young lady who takes care of herself, therefore knows how to take care of her clients. The cost was $35, well worth the money.Afterward I went downstairs to meet my esthetician for another procedure. Jacque was another pleasant surprise. I won't tell you what she did, but my visit with her was a delightfully informative which is always a plus for certain procedures. Again, she has an attractive figure which proves that she takes good care of herself. She also believes in natural healing. I consider that a bonus since I believe the same way. Jacque is a true professional with a charming personality which, in turn, sets her clients at ease. I am rating my overall experience at Nail-Issimo as "excellent!" I will continue to use this place and the same ladies for as long as I live in Billings.

When I called to make appt. and asked for price I was told between 22 and 30 but she "really didn't know cause everyone charges different prices". Thought that was strange but really needed them done. Not going back. Low quality and lack of accurate information.

This business has no respect for their neighbors...Their hair dressers park there cars around my house leaving myself, my family and my friends to have to park 3 blocks away from my house...I just had a plumbing problem and my plumber asked if he could park in front of my house to use his large machine...I went over to ask if they could kindly move there vehicle So he could work on our plumbing and they told me no that it was public parking...I understand that it is public parking but we had a semi emergency and they were very rude.

After 10 years of bad experiences with mediocre estheticians and hair dressers, I finally got a clue and scheduled appointments at Nail-Issimo for two separate procedures. It was like going home. I got the royal treatment from Brit N., a tall, attractive, slender hair designer who also had a very confident personality. She trimmed my hair exactly the way I asked with no exception. I know from past experience that if my stylist is not attractive and confident, she tends to be a little deviant drama queen with no apologies for disasters. Brit is a mature young lady who takes care of herself, therefore knows how to take care of her clients. The cost was $35, well worth the money.Afterward I went downstairs to meet my esthetician for another procedure. Jacque was another pleasant surprise. I won't tell you what she did, but my visit with her was a delightfully informative which is always a plus for certain procedures. Again, she has an attractive figure which proves that she takes good care of herself. She also believes in natural healing. I consider that a bonus since I believe the same way. Jacque is a true professional with a charming personality which, in turn, sets her clients at ease. I am rating my overall experience at Nail-Issimo as "excellent!" I will continue to use this place and the same ladies for as long as I live in Billings.

1st time there to get a fill for my nails. Overpriced at $35 for a fill and haven't lasted. Edges are peeling up in a week and a half. I'm used to paying no more than $22 for a fill. When I called to make appt. and asked for price I was told between 22 and 30 but she "really didn't know cause everyone charges different prices". Thought that was strange but really needed them done. Not going back. Low quality and lack of accurate information.

This business has no respect for their neighbors...Their hair dressers park there cars around my house leaving myself, my family and my friends to have to park 3 blocks away from my house...I just had a plumbing problem and my plumber asked if he could park in front of my house to use his large machine...I went over to ask if they could kindly move there vehicle So he could work on our plumbing and they told me no that it was public parking...I understand that it is public parking but we had a semi emergency and they were very rude.
