I came in after someone else (different place) ruined my pedi. It was really bad. Liam took his time and fixed everything for me. He was so nice, and worked very hard to clean everything up and to get rid of ingrown toenails because of how bad of a job the other person did. I will for sure be back to see Liam. I use to come here every 2-4 weeks for a gel mani. Until today! I will never come back here again. The lady that did my nails (unfortunately did not get her name) she did a horrible job. When she was done she asked if it looked ok and I said yes. Once I went outside i noticed my nails looked like they were smeared kind of like when you paint them with nail polish and they don't dry completely and have a smeared look with lines everywhere. Mine was dry already cuz it was gel a...nd I asked to get them re done. The lady told me it was because I didn't get a "manicure" and had a lot of cuticle. I told her I'm not complaining that she got the gel all over my cuticle and actual skin! It was that my nails looked smeared and lines everywhere not smooth at all! She said well maybe you should have paid the extra $5 for a manicure. Very very rude!!!!!! Horrible service. Tried to blame it on me when it was her! I will never come here again. The lady who was in charge did a petty for myself and my son, we could at least each have a person since were paying full price. She kept walking away without saying a word to answer the phone to take payment go to the back. She cut me and I guess she thought I wouldn't feel it. She then put her hand over it while she put plastic Band-Aid on so I wouldn't see it bleeding. They walked away without even polishing my sons toes we had to ask for the...m to be polished. And then she painted mine walked away and never came back. I guess I was done so I had to wait until she came out of the bat to ask her if I was done.
