Came here on a whim for Sunday pedicure!! We were very impressed and Sanctuary Aveda is the place we usually go.  Staff was extremely friendly! Appointment was on time! Facility was clean and very updated! Even the massage chairs are the newest addition (with leg and buttocks massage) so this was a true treat! My nails look nice but not what I asked for. I asked for short white nails with a hint of pink on the top cuticle line.. and I got almost all pink nails. Won’t be going back there. Plus on top of it.. they told me it would be 45 and charged me 60!!! For the pink that they didn’t tell me about!!! Urrgggg. And before getting there my appointment was at 1:30 and they squeezed a walk in before my appointment that I made that wanted her nails painted... so I was late for my second appointment. Read Less

I have been going to Golden Nails for my nails and Tweet is fantastic! You may have to wait a bit for your appointment, but it’s worth it. I am always pleased with her work. She lets me decide the color and even started over when I decided I didn’t like it after it was applied. Her pricing is also very affordable. I highly recommend her. Read Less

Golden Nails is the best place in Billings to have your nails done or pedicures. The entire staff is friendly and accommodating. I am ALWAYS able to get in quickly for an appointment. Thuy does the most beautiful nails and best quality that I have found in Billings. I am tough on my nails and her nails hold up well...I can go four weeks without a fill and they don't break or lift. Had an appt for three. We were all sat and had feet in the foot baths. Two of us were started and but my mom waited for 45 minutes (!) before they even started her pedi. We requested certain people to do our pedis and those techs were working on other people. This was the worst experience but it's never great there. Won't ever be going back. Read Less

I've been to multiple walk-in style nail places in Billings, but this has been my favorite. I've gotten a shellac mani and it stays on longer than any other place (I think because they do a nice job of not getting the polish on the skin). I'm only giving 1 star because 0 is not an option. This was by far the WORST pedicure experience I've ever had! I called ahead of time and made appointments for 4 pedis and was assured they could do them all at 6. When we arrived, there were only 2 techs working and one was busy with manis. at 6:15, we asked the gentleman if anyone was coming to work on us and he assured they were on their way (by this time my water had gone cold twice). Well no one else ever showed up to work so the two of them rushed through as quickly as possible, my entire pedi start to finish lasted FIFTEEN minutes!!! She didn't scrub my feet at all and barely rubbed lotion on. To make matter worse, the girl made rude comments about my personal appearance to myself and Her coworkers. I am so disappointed with the pedicure and service, I will never return!! I suggest you save yourself the miserable experience and go somewhere else!! Read Less
