Sloppiest polish job I've ever had. Only buffed nails on one foot. Uneven coverage on base coat, top coat and second coat of polish. His touch up of fixing the nail color that got outside my nail lines was inadequate. The gentleman doing my pedicure seemed put off that I asked him to do a design on top of the nail color too. I have been going to Sang since he first came to Billings! During those 17 years, I have tried different nail techs throughout Billings. I ALWAYS end up back at Digits. I have never had any lifting problems, he makes sure that I am totally happy. A friend and I went in and got our nails done. We don't normally get our nails done. I've learned nails can be sore afterwards. Okay. Although, the lady who was doing my nails didn't understand English. She didn't understand when I told her I wanted my nails shorter. She didn't even talk to me. Just awkwardly sat there while she was putting my nails on. My nails are way to long, several flaws, and my fingers ache super bad. I can't even button my flannel. I will not be returning. It's taking all I got to not call and demand a refund. I have to go somewhere else now to get these fixed. So, now I have to spend more money.Read Less

I had a pedicure done with gels and they were chipping within a week. They normally will last for 6 to 8 weeks without chipping! Never will I go here again.. Maybe a little bit cheaper but not worth it! Very disappointed! Read Less

Sang Wu at Digits is a master nail technician and a true artist.I get my nails "dipped," which is only available at Digits, and they are beautiful, strong and long-lasting. My set can last a month between fills, and I work them hard; gardening, swimming, you name it. My nails stay true, don't break and remain pretty.Additionally, I love the way Digits is run. It is super clean, professional, relaxing and everyone is so cheerful and hard-working.Although they're always busy,  Han will always get you in with a smile and your time in the chair feels unrushed and enjoyable.I've been to some great salons in Billings, but Digits is above and beyond. Really enjoyed my experience here. The gentleman who did my nails took his time and was a perfectionist! My nails are beautiful except the design I got on my ring fingers got smudged then I decided I didn't like it after he put it on my nails. I'm a traveling hairdresser from Chicago who rarely gets the chance to treat myself. When I broke my nail earlier today I decided just to drive down the street until I found a nail salon rather than search on Yelp. Digits was literally at the end of the road, conviently located next to a pita place that looked decent for lunch so this was a practical choice.Very clean, super sweet, and lots of nail colors and service options available.David, you are an absolutely sweetheart. Went and asked for gel to fill in the gap between current gel and my cuticle until I could get home to my regular nail tech.  Oh yes, no problem.  She proceeded to grind off most of the design I had, and then glopped some seriously thick gel on my nails. Then she put clear polish on top of that(WTH?) and told me I was done.  I was left with thick, clumsy nails with bumps on them, gel slopped out onto my skin and most of my design gone. Oh, and she hurt me several times when she cleaned under my nails with the dremel tool.  For this she charged me $35.00, which is outrageous for a gel fill.Should probably mention she got pissy when I didn't give her a huge tip-she should be glad she got one at all. Good manicure, but was told they do shellac, when it is actually gel, which I don't like. I also felt like I was in a factory, as a full manicure, with gel, only took 1/2 when my regular manicurist takes 45 min for just shellac polish. My mother treated me after doing the Women's Run, and boy am I glad she did. SUPER, SUPER CLEAN! They use individual liners for the foot bath pedicure chairs.
