Ill never again go the jennifers nail. Ive had two irritating visits the first was when one of the workers Monica was such in a hurry to get my feet done so she can go and get her massage done after work let me leave unhappy with the whole visit. I asked for a simple French pedi didnt have the right bright pink i wanted she try to give me something i didnt care for and also she try to have me just walk out without paying so they can leave early. I can tell you her whole day b...ut her being on the phone the whole time i was there they had to have another employee finish the work whitch was drill off the shalca i didnt care for and walked out a shity clean up also. I went in today had me waiting 45 min for nothing 35 min waiting put me in a chair with water and left me for another 15 min. After that i walked out. Was so packed they didnt kno who was working on who or what. Get a calendar. Or let a customer kno it'll be a while someone is infront of you. Diane does a great job and also doesnt show fustration when working on others. Jennifer needs to rehire a few and get it together there. I came back to lovely nails!! Ill be staying here from kno on! Went the other day, Monica did my mani and pedi. She did a great job. Nice relaxing massage, could've scrubbed harder but that's personal preference. Very meticulous when painting. july 26 2017 arrived at 9 AM for a pedicure had an appointment also for a fill at 10 AM the owner of the shop who is a man who wears a white jacket who was going to do my Fill at 10 o'clock. insisted on doing my Fill at the same time as my pedicure. He would not take no for an answer !!! The $35 pedicure which is always great turned out to be a nightmare as I was having my pedicure done and as he was doing my fill at the same time , he cut my finger with the grinder and it s...tarted to bleed , no first aid kit he just put some alcohol on my finger. I asked him to stop so I could wash my hands. he would not stop doing the Fill so I couldn't wash the blood off of my finger. The owner Only had alcohol to put on my bloody finger ! Would used only the lady's to due a Fill or Nails they give a great pedicure! do not ever let him do this to you! Have your pedicure for and enjoy yourselves which usually is what I do but like I said he insisted I would not take no for an answer even though I had a 10 o'clock appointment with him. We wanted to try someplace we hadn't been before tonight. We always drive by Buck's, so decided to go there. We were ignored by the bartender. There were maybe 6 people at the bar and 1 table of people. Bartender guy started to make his way to us but stopped to talk to 2 other customers, then began waiting on another who at that point entered the bar. Josh was the bartender's name. Josh, you stink.
