This was the worst mani/pedi experience of my life!
I went here with a group of girls for my best friends wedding (about a group of 6, 2 nights before her wedding). After the bride and I received our pedis we noticed that you could see our nails through the polish. They had only put on 1 coat. We asked them if they could put on another coat and they said no. The bride, a little distraught because she wanted her nails to look great for pictures, asked if she could pay for a polish change and get something a little darker and less opaque. The nail tech started yelling to the other workers, clearly about us, telling us that it didn't matter what color we chose because the issues were with our nails not the work the work they did.
It was incredibly unprofessional how unprovoked and how hostile their reactions were to our requests.
I paid for both my mani/pedi and the brides. I was floored by how expensive it was. I paid over $160 for both , and that was without tip... because I obviously didn't tip such awful service. Not only were they quite rude to us, but there were no hand or feet massages, cuticle trims, and they asked me what shape I would like my nails and did the exact opposite.
Last but not least- before the wedding even happened, my powdered manicure started chipping and breaking, and since I didn't have time to go back and ask they fix it, a couple of days after the wedding it was unbearable. My nails were in so much pain and looked horrible, so I went to my typical spot to just have them remove the polish. While I was there they kept commenting on what an awful job they did- they had filed the tops of my nails so low that there was a divot in the middle of my nail and paper thin. They said my nails were chipping because they didn't use enough coats, so instead it was breaking and damaging my real nail.
I don't usually ever post bad reviews, but this is one place I truly thinks deserves it.

First time and I was talked into getting a dip done, I liked the idea of it being better for my nails so I was happy to try it. After choosing my colors we got started, when doing a dip you pick nails that have numbers on them and I picked the color 09 and the man doing my nails grabbed 60, a simple flip of the numbers so he applied a shade that was a lot darker than i picked, I didn't notice right away and I wasn't even mad but when I tried to point it out he was not pleasant to me at all and tried saying it was all my fault.I tried explaining I know I picked the lighter one i think the numbers were just read upside down it wasn't a big deal,but he had such an attitude and kept repeating how it wasnt him it was my fault and should have told him sooner and he stormed away from the table while I was still talking and trying to tell him it was not a big issue. Luckily a very sweet woman Lena insisted on fixing them even when i said i would just pay and be on my way. She did a great job and earns a lot better rating than her coworker got her. He did not handle the situation well and almost cost her a customer. Lena got a nice tip, kindess goes a long way.

I am very disappointed in the pedicure I received here. I felt like it was very rushed, because there was another customer that came in just before closing (she was done with me in less than 30 minutes) (my daughter and I started at the same time and I was done at least 10 minutes before her) my feet hardly soaked, and she only scrubbed them for less than a minute (I still have a lot of dry skin that didn't get scrubbed off). I felt like I paid $23 just to have her paint my toenails. I know she knew that I wasn't satisfied but I don't think she cared.As you can tell I've never written a review before as this is on my son's account, I have to admit also that I have never left such a small tip.

Don't set foot in this establishment.

I was harassed almost the entire time I was being serviced. "You're beautiful. You're elegant. And so sexy. You not married."
I don't need to wear a wedding ring to prove to anyone that I'm married. On top of that, I was intentionally overcharged for a mani/pedi. $75?! Really? I go back to dispute the charge when I get a notification from my bank and get completely disrespected. They steal. They lie. I felt like I was being defiled the entire time. They're completely unprofessional. And they're in my neighborhood. If I ever go back to a nail spa, it will NEVER be this one.
Don't waste your time.

This place has gone downhill since the new owners. I went for a wax job in September. The gal was so rough with me. She used one huge strip of wax paper on my face did not pull the skin taught and just ripped I was a fool and let her do the left side of my face the next day I had a piece of skin missing, red and brown-patches on my face and very swollen I went back up to the nail salon very upset with how my face looked. You are supposed to use small strips and hold the skin very taught. Also the wax was way too hot. I also know the creepy guy that everyone's talking about. A couple weeks before that I got a pedicure and that same creepy guy who was arrested on child molestation charges and held at 25k bond tried to push my thighs apart I looked up and thought did that just happen??? Then get this the salon offered to pay my medical bills and my medicine but when I brought them a receipt for a medicine that was $119 they tried to tell me it wasn't for that, that it was for itching. Basically calling me a liar. I called my Doctor. One of the best dermatologists in St. Louis. He was furious. They called Jimmy at the salon told him the cream was for swelling. Jimmy says fine he will pay me. I wait 2 weeks for a check. I just went back up there and he says he told my Doctor to send a letter. That is not what he said. But now he says his sister the owner wanted that. The owners do not even back their word. Also another person told me they got a foot fungus from there when I was picking up my medicine at Walgreens in Wildwood. Meanwhile my face is still swollen 2 and half months later! It was like getting massively punched in the face. I told him to forget paying me the $119 that at this point I would rather write my review on the Internet. All the money I have to this salon and I tip big. They lost our whole family and friends as customers.

I would highly recommend you NOT patronize this place. I had a friend who took her daughter for a pedicure and the guy working there basically touched her inappropriately. Police reports have been made. The Police told us the best thing you can do is spread the word to avoid this place and to share your poor experience on YELP. I have never been there before because I was warned LAST YEAR about this creep. Apparently, it's NOT the owner, but his worker.

I went there when the new owners took over - the first week. Owner and workers were smoking e-cigarettes. I complained about the smell and the manager/owner got real aggressive with me. He also had one eye that was totally pink and I asked him if he had pink eye? I was concerned because he could be contagious. He got visibly upset with me so I left - never to return. Based on these allegations of abuse I hope the place closes down.

I was super creeped out by the man that did my pedicure here. First off when I sat down I asked how long the wait would be. He said "5 minutes". 30 minutes later he finally got to me and my now cold feet that were over soaked. I was wearing a sundress and as is customary he put a towel over my knees but I had to pull it down some. Throughout the pedicure he kept forcing my legs open wider and moving the towel up. I kept pulling them closer together and pulling the towel down. When I said something to him about being uncomfortable he pretended to not understand me. Overall the pedicure took over TWO hours and it wasn't because of a great massage or anything. He actually hurt me by putting a lot of pressure on my bones. He didn't let up when I asked him too. I left feeling ripped off and assaulted. And the pedicure wasn't even good. The polish came off within the week and my dry skin was back the next day.

I was incredibly disappointed in how the lady did my eyebrows. The fact that she was rude didn't bother me near as much as the fact that she tore off some of my skin on BOTH brows when waxing underneath my eyebrows. This is three days later, and I still have a very noticeable red mark on both eyes! Ugh!Also, I think it was an all around sloppy job because she didn't seem to pay attention to any of the small details. I asked her if she could fix a few spots and she just told me she doesn't see what I'm talking about. Hmmm...I won't be back.

The workers are exorbitantly rude. They very openly discussed customers, made extremely critical comments regarding my appearance to my face, and were generally disrespectful in conversation as well. The lady doing my pedicure kept making inappropriate comments about how "I must have so much money." I was very uncomfortable the entire time due to the rudeness of the workers. I will not be coming back.

Other than them trying to upsale us on Pedicures, it was a great experience. It was clean, quick and great service. We had an appointment at Mystique for three people and when we walked in right on time they said 30-40 minutes. So we left and came here and were pleasantly surprised and much happier with the shop.

I went here with a group of girls for my best friends wedding (about a group of 6, 2 nights before her wedding). After the bride and I received our pedis we noticed that you could see our nails through the polish. They had only put on 1 coat. We asked them if they could put on another coat and they said no. I am very disappointed in the pedicure I received here. I felt like it was very rushed, because there was another customer that came in just before closing (she was done with me in less than 30 minutes) (my daughter and I started at the same time and I was done at least 10 minutes before her) my feet hardly soaked, and she only scrubbed them for less than a minute (I still have a lot of dry skin that didn't get scrubbed off). This place has gone downhill since the new owners. I went for a wax job in September. The gal was so rough with me. I would highly recommend you NOT patronize this place. I had a friend who took her daughter for a pedicure and the guy working there basically touched her inappropriately. We had an appointment at Mystique for three people and when we walked in right on time they said 30-40 minutes. So we left and came here and were pleasantly surprised and much happier with the shop.
