I called Nail Pro on Thursday, September 27th to make an appointment for Friday, September 28th at 5:30pm. Upon arriving at 5:15pm, I was sat in a pedicure chair by the receptionist. I kept being told it would only be a few minutes. At 6:20, the receptionist saw how flustered I was and that I was ready to leave. She asked me to wait because she would have someone over immediately and said that I would be compensated for the service. A nail tech finally came over, not the one I made the appointment with. She completed a pedicure and manicure. After the service, I was still charged. When I complained, and referenced the “100% Satisfaction Guarantee” that is posted on their door, the woman at the front desk said she would take $10 off. I told her that was a ridiculous amount off a $65 service that was to be provided by a different nail tech. Additionally, I was told in the beginning I would be compensated. I went on to say that if this was how she handled customers, I would be contacting the Better Business Bureau. She then got upset and said she would not honor even the $10 discount. I asked to speak to the owner because I was told she was at the front desk. That woman, who as it turns out was the owner, said the owner was not there. She lied about being the owner. I asked for her name and she said Tonya. I responded by telling her that I know the owner’s name is Tonya and asking again if she was the owner. She admitted to being “part owner.” All in all, the expected service was not provided. The advertised 100% satisfaction guarantee was not provided. And, the service that I told would be compensated, was not. Terrible experience. Read Less
