This place is terrible. They are never staffed properly. They left me sitting in the water for 20 minutes and when I finally asked them when someone was going to be free to start my pedicure they said another 45 minutes because they only had two people there to do nails. And the lady next to me decided to change her polish change and her daughters to pedicures for both. Instead of them saying that they would do mine and then hers the lady went ahead and started hers and to the daughters and then mine. That was my third attempt to go there and get them the benefit of the doubt, I will not do this again. I recommend Nail Pro in Wentzville off the parkway. I went there instead and had a wonderful experience, a great pedicure, and for reasonable price! Read Less

(they like to delete negative reviews on Facebook, so Beware!) They were rude, and they did a terrible job on my nails. I got a gel manicure, and some of the sides of my nails aren't even covered. It's so sloppy. When I told her she messed up one of my nail tips, instead of fixing it, she filed my nail down. She also threw the tools she used back in her drawer. I'm under the impression this place is NOT clean. She took the bowl she used to soak my nails in, and put it back on the shelf, I'm assuming to be used again without cleaning it. So gross. Messed up my nail, it broke off. All he did was fill it, and it was the tip of the nail so now it's gonna break more easily. He had to glue my acrylics on more than once because one of them fell off. & then when I get to check out, he tells me it's $35. I was confused because I called before I went and asked how much it was for acrylics, the lady told me $25. They told me they put gel on there that's why it cost so much. I never once asked for gel and they never told me they were doing it. So therefore I had to pay $35 in the end. I was super mad about it, and honestly won't go back. The service and professionalism here was less than stellar. I too had hoped to like the new nail salon in the area. Unfortunately, that was not to be the case. I've never had a worse pedicure in my life. My nails were painted like that which you may expect from a 3 year old. During the pedicure Kim talked about how many of their customers are "crazy people." A lady walked in requesting a pedicure, was told to "pick out a color." The lady waited and later walked out because sh waited too long!Upon checkout, Kim (the manager) didn't want to honor the $10 coupon I received in May with the purchase of a $50 gift card. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. Especially for the price! (I had a basic mani/pedi and it was $47.) The location is convenient for me and the facility is new. I had hoped it would be great! But it wasn't. My tech was rude. And the experience was not at all relaxing. (While my nails were drying he began to watch Asian music videos very loudly right behind me.)  I didn't expect too much for the "basic" service. However, what I received was well below acceptable. So disappointed. I wanted to like this place. Thought I would give them a try and I walk out of there a super glued bloody mess. He filed so close to my skin that I now have cuts. I think the French tips look yellowish not pretty white. When he was using the tools I could feel the heat from him pushing too hard and not moving fast enough. I also got a pedi which was just ok. Don't go to this place! I don't recommend it! Just how I want my nails to look for my wedding in a few days...oh wait exact opposite actually. Update...
