Came here about a month ago to get a pedicure because it was the only place that was open late. Big mistake. After having it done, my toe started to swell up and form a blister next to the nail. I went to the doctor and she swabbed it and sent it in for a culture. It came back as Staph infection. It doesn't matter where I go, I get shellac. I've gone here before and the shellac began to flake very quickly (that's unusual as I can make it last longer than it should). Chalked it up to being a fluke and decided to give it another try. The next time the wait was so long and the shellac immediately started flaking. I love them, they are the only place I will ever go. I have always received the best care. Being a regular they remember what I like most and always slow down and let me really enjoy those parts. My first couple of experiences were quite uncomfortable. The young men were very careless. So I decided to go to the young women. They were kinder but once in a while we're careless inflicting pain. Today however was the last straw. There was only one young woman and three young men. The young woman was busy. I asked the young man whom I perceived to be the owner I he would promise to be gentle. He shook his head no and said that he would not be gentle. At that point I walked out vowing never to return. I will take my business elsewhere! !! They get two thumbs down! !! Read Less
