Staff are friendly. Emily did my nails- they were done very quickly. My cuticle was cut with the dremel tool and was bleeding (which was ignored). Nails were shaped well, but nail polish was very slop...
Staff are friendly. Emily did my nails- they were done very quickly. My cuticle was cut with the dremel tool and was bleeding (which was ignored). Nails were shaped well, but nail polish was very sloppy because it was rushed. The pinky finger that was cut was completely sore all over once nails were done. I would reccomend Union Nails, just a different staff to do your nails.

I have visited several nail places in the area and prefer Union Nail by far. When going I request Anna or Dameon and I am always pleased with their work. I have recently begun using their "mood" changing polish (temperature change) and have been happy with the results.

He always makes me laugh even when he's tired and I'm crabby. My nails always look Fabulous and I Love their color changing polish! (One tip for customers make an appointment there's no wait.)

But even if you can't get in with him, EVERY one of the employees there are wonderful and I would (and have) recommend this business to anyone wanting great service and a great manicure!

Love Union Nails!!!! I'm typically not one to leave reviews, but feel it is a must after my experience today! After working at a high-end salon in Springfield during college, my standards were pretty high once I moved back to the area. Anyways, I hopped around just about every nail salon, including many in the St. Louis area, and never quite found what I was looking for; prompt service (I can't stand waiting especially if I have an appointment), friendly staff, great quality along with reasonable prices, and most importantly a clean environment...oh and someone who would put up with my extreme pickiness ;) Well all this to say, I gave Union Nails a try last year and haven't gone anywhere since. Tony is by far, the absolute best nail technician and I'm so glad I stumbled upon Union Nails! Give them a try; you WILL NOT be disappointed!

The owners are great, the atmosphere is nice (so long as you like country music). Staff is friendly and can joke around or carry on a conversation. As to the complaint below, I can say my experience approaching the owner with a complaint was much different. On my second visit, I tried gel polish. Within a day or two the color seemed uneven and the polish was peeling. I went back and my nails were completely redone, free of charge. The owner apologized and even remembered me at my next appointment. She made sure that I left a happy customer.

I usually get a gel manicure and a pedicure. 4 stars because of the country music blaring. I realize we are in BFE, but I loathe listening to Redneck FM when I'm getting my nails/toes done.
