They are definitely one of these “crooked nail” places. I got a regular mani along with my friend. We both ended up with jagged edges on our natural fingernails. Then my daughter had a fill and gel, ended up with one nail that didn’t even cover her natural fingertip and was crooked to the left!!! Her nails broke off after just 2 days. My fingernail polish chipped the same night! The owner is a jerk and thinks he can bully people. If anyone complains, he kicks them out. A real a—hole. Read Less

Easily the best manicure gel polish I have ever gotten. Connie gives the BEST massage after pedicure and manicure. I received a horrible manicure from another place; Connie @ Wild Nails took great care fixing it and making sure my hands were perfect. My normal guy at another place was out of town, so I decided to try this place. The guy who did my nails was way too rough. I ended up with cuts that stung the entire time from the electric files. Don't let the outside appearance of this place fool you! I only get pedicures, but I can say that after moving to the area and having no idea where to go, I chose this place because of the reviews, and I was not disappointed! The pedicure price is excellent, and the service is better than most of the area's high-priced spas. So this is the first nail salon I visited when I moved to STL, solely based on Yelp reviews. If it weren't fortheir good reviews, I probably wouldn't have given this place a chance. Driving by, it definitely doesn't look fancy. Stepping inside, it def is not fancy. But there are decently new pedi massage chairs and there are a good selection of colors. The owners are nice,  the prices are definitely fair, they do dip, and my nails always last the full two weeks. Downside is that sometimes there is a wait even if you've made an appointment. This place is a hidden gem. If you're looking for a quality manicure especially with acrylic I'd recommend Wild Nails. I've recently started getting the dip powder and am highly impressed, my nails are longer and even healthier after wear and tear from acrylics. They're super fast as well with their service. I went here because it is near my apartment. I was very happy with my services. I got a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. At first when they asked if I wanted to upgrade I was thinking it's just going to be extra exfoliation and a longer massage. But it was that + a paraffin wax dip for your feet!!! The prices are very reasonable, I got both of my services for $51, leaving plenty of room to leave a 20% tip. Excellent customer service & quality of work!! I'm just in town for the weekend for my college reunion, and called last night to make an appointment, straight from the airport. My flight was delayed by 2 hours but Kathy (the owner) was very sweet and had no problem accommodating a later time. I chose this salon because it was relatively close to my hotel and had great reviews - which I can now verify are very well deserved! I will fully admit that I'm kinda a pain to work on because I'm a perfectionist and extremely OCD about my nails (I usually do them myself), but they were all extremely patient with me and really wanted to make sure I was happy. Kevin was the "lucky" one to work on me, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result! He was very detailed, didn't rush through anything and checked in with me along the way to make sure I felt everything looked even etc, lol. I am particularly impressed with how symmetrical and even the gel mani turned out, especially since it was a bit tricky (black french tip with a silver/glitter line underneath). He did a truly wonderful job and it looks beautiful!! The storefront doesn't look like much from the road, but don't let that dissuade you! This is my first Yelp review and I have to say I love Wild nails! I have been going there for about a year now and the owners always go out of their way to may sure everyone is happy. I have long nails so I usually just get a gel polish change or a pedicure (in the summer) and I am never disappointed. Their prices are very reasonable and they are always honest if something wouldn't look right. They work fast but do not cut any corners. A client recommended this place. One Monday my normal place was closed, so I tried it out. This is my new go to nail salon. Had my nails done by the owner. She was friendly and my nails look great! I even put her in a time crunch because I arrived about 3:45 and asked if she could have me  out of by 4:15. She did! And without cutting corners! Wild Nails is a hidden gem that is comfortable and relaxing establishment. Unlike other nail salons that are loud and jam packed, Wild Nails is a smaller and quiet which is lovely if you are trying to have girls day and want to chat. Don't be fooled by its size, this nail establishment does great work and takes wonderful care of their customers. I was very happy with my manicure and pedicure and, best of all, their prices are incredibly reasonable. If you are looking for a place to take mom for a pamper day, definitely give Wild Nails a try. Wild nails provides a fantastic pedicure experience.  Like other reviews have noted, Wild Nails is a clean salon with excellent service.  My pedicure was very thorough.On a Friday morning, it was easy for me to get walk in service. The technician was nice and did a great job.  The decor is great and cheerful.  The prices are fair and competitive with other nail salons.  They have a lot of nail colors to choose from. I came to this nail shop before labor day weekend. Kathy was working on my mani/pedi and she did an excellent job. Kathy was a very sweet and friendly girl; she did not rush, took time with me and did exactly what I need. Her nail art designs were very nice and outstanding, I love it and love it. I used to go to the nail shop at the corner of brentwood and manchester rd, but they were rush and rush me, get me in and get me out so quickly with a very bad job on my nails and not friendly at all.
