I really want to give this place a 5 star rating. The shop was in good order, there were plenty of colors to pick from, the owners were super sweet and offered Christmas cookies and waters to waiting ...
I really want to give this place a 5 star rating. The shop was in good order, there were plenty of colors to pick from, the owners were super sweet and offered Christmas cookies and waters to waiting customers during a busy day. And to be fair, my pedicure is holding up really well. However, I can't get past the condition of the gel manicure I received after only 5 days. I went in on the 23rd. Now it is the 28th - I have chips and one entire nail's worth of polish has simply lifted up from my nail and fallen off. :/ I've had a lot of gel manicures over the last couple years and none have fallen apart on me after only 5 days. Very disappointed.

Mrs. Rosa is just a gem! I love to see family working together and the love just shows. Service is just great. They make you feel like family. Clean, Sterile environment(which I love) Excellent prices...

I just went here after VD nails down the street asked me and girl in front of me to 'come back later' and that was it. We both ended up at USA Nails that took us immediately on a Sunday. Though I had to wait, I got to wait in one of their very good massage chairs so didn't mind. They were super nice and gave a great pedicure and massage. Liked that it didn't hurt and looked good - knew what they were doing. Though place is not fancy on the outside I really liked it and thought price was very reasonable.

I visited this nail salon over a year ago, and my experience stuck with me because it was fabulous! The owner Rosa is an absolute joy and a lovely conversationalist. I was a walk-in (no appointment) but was treated like a long-time customer. Treating yourself to a nail service should always be pleasant and relaxing, but sadly that is not always the case. I have tried out other nail salons since my trip to USA nails and have been disappointed. But now that I live closer to Brentwood, I will absolutely return! Rosa is extremely thorough and you can tell that she takes pride in her work. Thank you for an amazing pedicure!!

Won't go anywhere else for a pedicure! Have a few problem nails and they work hard to make my nails and feet sandal ready...and they recognize and remember me...even though I can only make it in four ...

I absolutely love this place! Me and my sister go here to treat ourselves a couple times a month. Rosa the lady who runs this shop. Couldn't be any nicer. They're all pros and my eyebrows and nails stay good for a while. I totally recommend this place. You don't have to call for an appointment. Which is good. They have reasonable prices. Not expensive at all for all the great work they do. Give it a shot!

Ask for Wendy! She is the nicest and does a great job, goes out of her way to make you feel better. Everyone else is also very nice.

I really want to give this place a 5 star rating. The shop was in good order, there were plenty of colors to pick from, the owners were super sweet and offered Christmas cookies and waters to waiting customers during a busy day. And to be fair, my pedicure is holding up really well. However, I can't get past the condition of the gel manicure I received after only 5 days. I went in on the 23rd. Now it is the 28th - I have chips and one entire nail's worth of polish has simply lifted up from my nail and fallen off. :/ I've had a lot of gel manicures over the last couple years and none have fallen apart on me after only 5 days. Very disappointed.

I just went here after VD nails down the street asked me and girl in front of me to 'come back later' and that was it. We both ended up at USA Nails that took us immediately on a Sunday. Though I had to wait, I got to wait in one of their very good massage chairs so didn't mind. They were super nice and gave a great pedicure and massage. I was a walk-in (no appointment) but was treated like a long-time customer. Treating yourself to a nail service should always be pleasant and relaxing, but sadly that is not always the case.
