I used to love this spot. Even when it was busy, if you made an appointment the got you right in. It has GONE COMPLETELY DOWNHILL. There has been twice lately that I have gone with my mom and made an appointment days ahead of time and we still had to wait 20-30 minutes with an appointment! The second time I just walked out. I was so mad. This week I went on a Sunday night, got a gel manicure, and by the time I got home 3 of my nails were already peeling off. I went back the n...ext morning to get them fixed and they were SUPER RUDE when I showed them my nails, and told me I would have to wait 35 minutes just to get them fixed! What?! I was already here, and waited my time!! Then I asked them to redo the gel on all the nails completely, because if some are already peeling off less then 4 hrs later, then it's just a matter of time for the rest to peel off. They only fixed the ones that had already peeled, and now here we are 5 days later all they nails they didn't redo have now all peeled off. As soon as you walk in you feel as if you’re going to wait a good minute but that’s not the case at all. I’m attended either immediately or within 5 minutes. The services provided are very reasonable in price so that’s always a plus! I literally get a different tech each time and still walk out satisfied with my nails! Read Less

I love this salon so much! I’ve never had to make an appointment, I’ve never had to wait more than 10-15 minutes to get in on even the busiest of times. Every single person I’ve had has been fantastic so I know I don’t have to go to the same person or worry if they’re available, they are all really really good! Sooooo many colors to choose from whether it’s gel, dip powder or polish! I tell EVERYONE to come here. I get compliments on my nails on the daily and I get the powder... every three weeks because it lasts that long! Jessica, Henry, Jason and John are some of my favorites! I've been going to Castle since I moved here in January and love it! Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Used to go to Wilson and he was great! Been going to Mimi or Joseph lately. They're also the bomb! My dip powder nails always last 3+ weeks and they fix anything I can see wrong with my OCD. It is super busy at popular times like after work, but I went later the other night and it was super relaxing! Reasonable pricing too. Oh and love that they're open late for those of us that work! The lady working on my toes (with no name tag) didn't say a word the entire time. Neither did the guy (John) doing my nails until he told me to "quit moving" after he was yanking my thumb in directions it didn't naturally go. Of course I said I was going to move to adjust my position if he was going to try and turn my fingers in unnatural positions. I got powder acrylic and the pink portion is completely fuzzy and looks like it has a ton of particles in it, and my toes weren't the color I picked out.
