I've been a massage client here for about 8 years. The staff is professional and friendly - the facility comfortable and the massage rooms are restful. Yes, you can sometimes hear muffled sound from other rooms, but not so much that it disturbs my massage.  I highly recommend Stevie and have referred several friends to her. I called to see if they had any opening today and they offered me a 1 o'clock time or even later in the afternoon. I went with the 1 o'clock time and Kathy was my masseuse. It was a relaxing and rejuvenating 90 minutes. If there is a negative- they didn't have any bottle water when I was leaving, just water in a small glass. Great spa! First impression from the outside is that it's average, but once entering the doors it's lovely. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful, offering tea and water immediately which is refreshing for just a normal spa treatment. I usually only see that at true full day spas.They're also very accommodating. I booked the wrong spa service (booked Signature Massage which is for relaxation when I wanted Deep Tissue) and the spa therapist could tell I wanted deep tissue and she got a different person in there for me! It was so accommodating and fantastic customer service for my sad sore back muscles. Tonya is by far the best Deep Tissue therapist I've ever had. If you want to know about the muscles she's working on she'll tell you, as she's full of knowledge and knows exactly what she's doing. I took my matron of honor here for a massage.  We both had one.  Amazeballs!  I found this place purely by happy accident.  I wanted to do something special for myself and my best friend before my wedding.  The massage therapists were WONDERFUL!!  I think I fell asleep...a couple of times....and mine was whole body deep tissue!  She knew exactly the right pressure, she wasn't chatty, which, while I'm a friendly person, I really needed to de-stress and this was absolutely the right place to be.  It was a little pricey, but hey, it was my wedding weekend.  I'm still considering going back when I return to the midwest for family visits!  Maybe go with my sister-in-law! I scheduled an appointment to have the mink eyelash extensions and I had a wonderful experience! Pure Harmony is clean, welcoming and my esthetician was both professional and friendly.  The relaxation room is a bit small but relaxing enough.  The very sweet desk attendant showed me to the room, offered me something to drink, and had me fill out paperwork. I do agree with some of the other reviewers in saying the service rooms are not very well insulated and they can be a bit noisy at times.  I could hear outside traffic, dogs barking, other estheticians talking or opening/closing cabinets in their rooms and general movement in the spa. I wasn't getting a massage or facial, so it didn't really bother me that much!  It was also a bit chilly in the room, as I had to lie still for two hours, but my esthetician offered me a blanket, so I was just fine.My eyelashes look so great and I will definitely be back to get them touched up.  It was my first time ever getting semi-permanent lashes and I really like them!  If you are looking for a very nice spa to have lashes put on and have extra money to spend, I would absolutely recommend Pure Harmony! WOW talk about the best massage I've had in a long time.  I got the regular full body massage for an hour.  I have had many massages in the past but this one by far was the best.  I had Miranda who I highly recommend.  I asked if she would avoid getting lotion in my hair and she made sure to keep her promise!  I will definetely go back to see her again!  The inside itself is very nice and very spa-like.  Don't be deceived by the outside of the building however, it is set back from the street and there is plenty of parking.Enjoy! I am new to the spa scene, but I know a great manicure when I see one. My fiancee treated me to a gel manicure and a spa pedicure, along with a massage, at Pure Harmony. If you have never tried the Axxium gel manicure, I highly recommend it, and I especially recommend booking one with Martha. This manicure was perfect, shiny and meticulous and lasted 14 days without chipping. The pedicure was lovely and the massage was excellent--I added aromatherapy oil, which was divine. I have been to several spas over the years. Since moving to the St. louis, Missouri area, this was the third day spa that I have been to. In my opinion, this spa is fabulous. It is quiet, tranquil and a relaxing experience. I recently came in for a spa retreat package, plus a seaweed body wrap. The body wrap did its job in helping me remove toxins and reducing my celulite. The follow up massage was amazing. The massuse was firm, not harsh. It was a very relaxing experience. The facial was very professional and made my skin feel great. The skin around my eyes looks tighter which always makes me happy. The spa manicure and pedicure included parrifin wax treatments and the services were well above average for this area. The three women who preformed my services were professional, friendly and talented. I went to the spa to get swimsuit ready for my vacation and this spa day went beyond my expectations. Got a ""spa manicure"" here by Tammy, and it was not at all worth the money. The people at the front desk were nice enough, but the manicure was way below average, especially considering the cost. The manicurist was sloppy, and really didn't care whether she did a good job or not. Also, they advertise on their website that this manicure lasts 45 minutes, but she barely spent 30 minutes on it, if that. I will spend my money elsewhere next time. Read Less
