They gave me nail fungus. When I informed them they lied and said it was from water trapped under my nails. They tried to give all kinds of excuses and would not give me my money back nor a discount.

I love Grand Nails. The staff is friendly. The nail techs are very good at their jobs. This is the only shop I me and my daughter goes to. We never mind the wait time because the end results are alway...

Mike, Linda, and Kelli are awesome. Being coming here for years and have no problem driving 30 minutes to go to the hood's gem.

This is 1 of the nastiest ghetto nail salons I’ve ever been in it’s slow as well. And honestly the work is substandard at best unless LindA or mike the owners do it

The reviews are bad so I was skeptical and it is not the best area of town. My experience was a little rough around the edges but I got what I came for.. I travel for work so I have to try a new shop ...
The reviews are bad so I was skeptical and it is not the best area of town. My experience was a little rough around the edges but I got what I came for.. I travel for work so I have to try a new shop everywhere I go. Its a no nonesense no frills type of place. Not horrible. But not good.. lol. I won't be back. It was sunday and I didn't have a lot of options. Nice staff.

I have no idea why this place has high marks. Floor was filthy and yes as others have said not a good location. However, they are accomodating being that I came 30min before closing and they still too...
I have no idea why this place has high marks. Floor was filthy and yes as others have said not a good location. However, they are accomodating being that I came 30min before closing and they still took me. I had a pedi and a fill. Now the Pedi was okay; really rubbed & exfoliated. But didn't really push back the cuticles on my feet. Now for my nails the tech did a HORRIBLE job. Uneven color on both hands, nail uneven, and my right hand was the WORST. And it could be due to it was after closing and they may have been ready to go, but if that was the case they should not have taken me.

Terrible location & parking. The lady who does brows/lashes is great. If you need a full set/fill request Micheal he is OKAY. Other than that, it's not worth the trip. Other nail techs in this shop ar...

I love grand nails . The location is a bit ghetto. Actually, Extremely ghetto. But other than that Linda dies the BEST EYEBROWS & EYELASHES. Mike does the best nails.
