The worst place to be I wouldn't preferred nobody to be in this place. The older lady is very racist she's the owner of the place. I ask her to do my full set for what she did was she's just washed my feet and put lotion in after 10 minutes than she told me she's done. They're not even clean they use the same nail clippers for everyone if I catch any disease from it that place going to be on fire. The owner doesn't communicate well with customers. Her sister is the only only one Speak English, but when I ask her a question she never answered properly. This place is a piece of trash. They don't care about you especially if you go after 7. They just rushing to get it over and kick you out. That's not how you treat your customers. If you paid a full amount of money you should get a full service with equal treatments. This people's think they're still leaving in their country that's rediclus. We need to weak up and teach those people's to do the right thing to everyone. I will not be returning there ever again. I would get my nails done every 2 weeks by San the owner or her husband Tom but it seems like the quality of her work has gone downhill each time. The last time that I came in, not all of my nails were shaped correctly and some were wider than others. I also asked her for oval shaped nails in which she did them square. The appointment was rushed and she did not pay attention to detail. She seemed frustrated when I asked her to reshape my nail at the end of the appointment. My friend came in and was told that they have pink acrylic in which they really don't. First they lied and then cut down her nails before explaining that they really just had pink dip powder. The nail technician then got frustrated when my friend asked why he lied about having pink acrylic. He then made her pay for her services before she got her pedicure which was out of line. Her cuticles also had polish on them when he was finished. Needless to say, the best thing going for this shop is their receptionist. Read Less

They put the polish on way too globby, the toe dividers smushed it twice. I waited forever under the drier and they still weren't dry enough so I smudged the polish again on my way out. I would have had to wait probably another 20 minutes before it dried completely. Not coming back.Read Less

They rush and don't do a good job. UPDATED - I originally gave one star as the person rushed and did a poor job. They have it down to a science, both a mani and pedi are to be done in 50 minutes. Dont go for relaxation, but for a simple job. A couple of the ladies care more about their work and it shows. They do a much better job. Read Less

The woman who did my nails either had no idea what she was doing or genuinely didn't care. All I asked for was a simple one color nail set with rounded nails, and a matte top. Instead I got a gooey mess with multiple bleeding fingers. I had to go home and finish the nails myself. Some of the nail artists are good, but I would be really careful of who does your nails. I came in to get my nails painted which I am aware is not a very big task so I don't know if I was just kind of pushed along because the service I was getting wasn't expensive, however she didn't even clean up her work around the lines I had to go home and use nail polish remover to clean up my nails myself. I am a very good tipper and on a seven dollar bill for painting my nails I gave her 12 total dollars which is a five dollar tip before my service was completed. Perhaps the fact that she was tipped before made her feel no need to do a good job. I'm very disappointed and I will never go back to this establishment ever again. The people were friendly but a little too friendly. It almost bordered on patronization because it just didn't seem genuine. Don't get gel nails done here! They do not know what they are doing. A friend of mine in New York came to visit me and showed off her gorgeous set of gel nails and I just had to have a set. I had never had gel nails before and did not know the procedure for gel nails so I called before my first visit and asked specifically if the salon did gel nails. I was told they knew how to do them and that they had a technician specifically trained to do them. That was a lie. The service I received was an acrylic nail with a gel overlay which I came to find out is NOT gel nails. I was way overcharged for the acrylic nail with gel overlay service I received but it would have been a very good price if I would have received the gel nail service I requested. When I went in for a fill in the so called specifically trained technician was not available and she convinced me that her husband would be able to get me started and that he would do a good job. He was prepping my nails and he filed my natural nails so thin they were sore. I ended up having to have the nails removed and getting my natural nails treated by a doctor. Read Less
