Went there yesterday, 4/4/2018 because this was the only nail shop that was going to be opened at 9:30am. It's old and not well maintained. I knew this but still needed my nails done because of an event that I had to go to later. Rush mode was in full affect. There was two older women in the back, can clearly see them, talking. One even pulled a cover over herself and went to sleep. In front of customers. To say the least, I was not satisfied at all. The nails were uneven. One side of my index finger nail was lower than the other side. Not to mention, that's a string of hair or black lint in my acrylic. Yes, you can see it. I've been going here since March of this year after I haven't had my nails done in over 5 years. I'm not picky and someone new does my nails every time which I don't mind. I love my nails and how long my real nails have grown. There is one guy that does nails I like and he's a perfectionist but everyone is good to me. I don't have to wait long and I get what I want. I've been coming to this place for years specifically for pedicures and eyebrow waxing. Today I had my worst experience ever and surprisingly it was with  owner, Amy.She did my pedicure. It was very rushed, she was fast I didn't get a massage nor lotion on my skin. I had to ask for the things that they normally do. She was too busy trying to get done to get to other customers. When I informed her that my nails were not done  well, there was still nail polish all over my toes as well as my sandals. She got an attitude and started to go off on me, complaining to the other employees in Vietnamese as if I were the issue. As a professional you are supposed to make sure your customer is satisfied. I was not. I told her she had terrible customer service.  She was dreadful and apparently other customers agreed. Many of them told me they do not like to go to her for their pedicures, manicures or even eyebrows. They said she is rude, mean and unprofessional. It's a shame. This place is local & appropriately staffed, but God forbid you get a male technician or one of the subs. 5 times out of 10 your nails look like clubs. They want you to return, so cuticles aren't addressed & bc they want to upcharge you for EVERYTHING, gel not even painted to the right base. When you ask for a correction or modification, suddenly nobody speaks English. Get it together & you have 4 neighborhoods of customers. Completely horrible don't waste your time or your money I came here a few times. I figured I got them on a bad day but I Wes wrong.  The boss is horrible she does every  Half fest she does not do a good job and she don't even care. She cut me hands 4 times and made my nails three different shapes I asked if she can fix  I'll pay more she told me no  it looks fine I don't know anything she's wes completely rude   Left my friend in the water for 55 mins never even touch her feet.    I will never come back !!!! When I was there the guy at the front desk was very rude and was talking about me in they're language. He was mad because he didn't know the correct price of my nails but was trying to over charge my card. I told him the lady who did my nails told me that my nails where $24 dollars he still charged me $25 but when I check my bank statements it said that he had taken $30 off my card! He was very rude UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL AND VERY !!Racist !!! The women are OK but the guys they're are very mean and should not be in any work environment. He stole my money and I will be looking into a lawyer because it was basically fraud! DONT NOT GO HERE yes they have ok work but far as customer service it's completely 0/ stars work effort 3/stars. I went to Amys nails today for the FIRST time and got a gel manicure and pedi. The lady named Linda who done my pedicure was great and she done an awesome job. The lady who done my gel Polish was HORRIBLE. She had short gray hair and missing rotten teeth in the front. She was ROUGH and SLOPPY. This looks like a rushed job. There was polish on my skin around every nail. She know it looked a mess, she told me SORRY when she finished but didn't take money off. I wanted my nails to look nice for Vegas. I usually go to Clayton Nails, I have never had a problem there. I was just in the neighborhood of Amy nails, never again. They act like they never saw a person with long NATURAL nails. She kept running the drill over my natural nails to remove the previous jail Polish instead of just soaking my nails longer. I have never had a drill ran over my natural nails. I come here because it's close to my house and a few of the ladies that work here are great at what they do. The problem comes when I bring in any design that they've never seen. They immediately say they don't know how to do it. it's frustrating because you would think they would be more creative than just painting nails. I love the convenience and the professionalism but I would love to be able to get everything done in one place. Now I have to find a separate place just for a design. At least they are honest and don't try something they don't know how to do. Read Less

Not bad, not bad....They do use hot  wax on your pedicures.. I was behind on my pedicure and was so pleased I even got the nails done...I do recommend this place very friendly staff..clean and quick...if ever back in st louis would definitely return.. Read Less

U can't beat the prices!  $18 dollar pedicures?????  WOW!!! They use wax on ur feet and at no additional charge. It really makes ur feet soft. They put lemon wedges in ur water while ur feet r soaking. Only complaint I have is I don't feel they removed all of dead skin around the heel or on my big toe. The guy indicated that it would take additional trips, however it is baby soft and smooth!  Once again for the price it's cool!!!!! Read Less
