The guy that did my chrome manicure spoke no English and proceeded to cut my long nails even after I expressed confusion about his question. He rubbed the chrome in so hard it left marks. After a second coat it didn't even look like its intended color anymore. I've been going here for years but this new guy had clearly never worked with chrome before and made no effort to clarify his question about my nail length. Went in there, was nicely manipulated in to " i do your pedicure but i really dont. As soon as it was " done" touched my feed and visually could see the old skin still just hanging in there and my feel as bad as it was before i cane in there besides the nail polish color. Paid 22 dollars for absolutely nothing. Didnt take chance ir waste my time on manicure. Cheating. Not forst time i had this bad experience with them. No wonder they are barely busy. I will never walk in this salon again.  I have a gift certificate they refuse to accept that is past their 6 month date. The State of Missouri says all gift cards are good for 5 years.  If they do not honor them they gave to send they money to the State to be claimed by the card holder.  When I talked to the manager Kevin he said he knew nothing about this. So I pulled up the website for the State, but he refused to read it, he wouldn't even look at it, saying it was too much and he couldn't read it.  I guess my next step is to contact the State of Missouri.  I think I will find another salon that cares about not loosing customers. I have been coming here for almost 2 years. Love Mary! She is funny and keeps a great convo going. She is who I prefer to see but they are all good. My gel polish lasts almost 2 full weeks! And I have horribly thin finger nails. I get a pedicure once a month as I hate to have my feet touched by anyone. This is the only place I will let near my feet! I've had OTHER PLACES leave in grown nails in that have gotten infected. Causing me to have part of my nail removed!They do get busy on the weekends. So if you want to make an appointment they will gladly schedule one for you. Only downside I have is the parking! They are in a busy shopping center and you can never park close. Read Less

Do not recommend this place if customer service is important to you. Jessica was very rude and made it clear to everyone that she was the boss of this place. She spent less than 10 seconds filing each of my nails and set the dryer on for 30 seconds interval instead of the normal 45-60 seconds. Even then she still wouldn't wait for the 30 seconds to be up before putting on the next coat.
