I've been to Michelle Nails 4 times now. I really wanted this to be my go to spot; but each time I have been disappointed with my Gel nail service. I have had problems with the gel peeling and the top coat/UV light not sealing as expected and not much attention to detail; this was happening within a few days of my service. I have used Gel nails for 5+ years and have never had this issue with my other salon. I was thinking it was just a fluke; but it's consistent each visit. I won't be back; I expect more; and the sad part is that is was the owner and I always felt rushed through each appt. which might be part of the problem. Tried this place for the first time with a friend. We both had a bad experience. We both really liked the shellac that was put on our toes. We both wanted to use the exact same color shellac on your nails. They repeatedly tried pushing us into using the dip powder. I've used it before and liked it but told them several times I didn't want it. Finally after being asked 5 or 6 times in a row if we wanted dip and us saying no we gave in. The dip they put on my friends nails was too thick and not even. They couldn't find a color to match my toes so I had to use a completely different color. Read Less

Went in from a recommendation from a friend to get the SNS nails. I loved them! The staff are the best, very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in their work and their customer service! Really enjoy this salon. Super nice people and they do a great job! I'm now using the "dip" and absolutely love it. Been a couple times and experience was good. Today an inexperienced woman messed my big toes up so bad that I have to just let them grow. She cut them slanted and I can't even match them they are so short on one side! I went with my sister and the owner worked on my sister, she jabbed the cuticle cutter in her toe and she screamed. Brand new place. They have only been open about 4 days. The decor is understated and gorgeous. The workers are all friendly and the prices are a little below what I normally pay while the service is impeccable! This was an impluse stop for me and I couldn't be happier. I got a deluxe pedicure and gel mani. They matched the gel on my nails to the regular polish on my toes (I don't like gel on my toes). Amazing massage! I'll be back every two weeks if they keep the same service quality! And omg they used hot stones on my legs!! Never had that before at a basic nail salon. Read Less
