Terrible! I went in to have dipping powder. She was very rough and caused much pain with her drill and she didn't even take off all the previous stuff before she started dipping. She dipped one hand three times and the other 2 times. Very uneven comparing the two. Very unprofessional and unfriendly! I am sorry I inconvenienced her by going in to have my nails done. I would not recommend to anyone!

Went there to get coffin in chrome. Nails are sideways and 2 aren’t even all the way colored. A couple are crooked and when I said something about it the lady ignored me.

ATTENTION SPRINGFIELD FRIENDS!!! Do not use Li Li Nails on glenstone Ave!!! Today someone I am very close to and who has been going there for years was Publicly humiliated. Today she went in for a service and after she was done and they got their generous tip. She was followed to her car by the owner and publicly FAT Shamed!!! Despicable!!! Told this would be the last service they could provide to her bc of her weight and the damage on their precious chairs. I understand they are expensive however I believe that if that was the case why do her pedicure at all. Oh wait that's right bc u wanted her money and her generous tip. Discrimination of any kind is wrong! Well make no mistake about it we will advertise for you and let everyone know about your discrimination!! I have a lot of friends in Springfield and am taking this to the streets!

Publicly humiliating a long time standing client is completely wrong! My sister has been coming to your establishment for years and today she went in for a service and after she was done and you got your generous tip. She was followed to her car by the owner and publicly FAT Shamed!!! Despicable!!! Terrible! I went in to have dipping powder. She was very rough and caused much pain with her drill and she didn't even take off all the previous stuff before she started dipping.
