Very clean, friendly, comfortable and efficient salon. The service was excellent and my nails turned out perfectly. I had a gel manicure and standard pedicure. They got me in 10 minutes before my appointment time. I was in and out in about an hour and 20 minutes. Read Less

Hands down best nail salon in Springfield! I won't go anywhere else anymore. Offered a drink, had interested things to watch on the TV. Comfy place to sit while waiting(they are busy!), but were happy to squeeze me in without an appointment! Have the most options for dip powder! Read Less

Worst experience I have ever had with a nail tech. Sloppy and rude. If I could leave negative stars, I would. Decided to try dip powder, horrible experience. He left color all around nail beds, filed nails unevenly, and there are so many bubbles in the top coat it looks like a child did my nails. Read Less

This brand new nail spa is in a brand new building and was gorgeous. Everything is new and clean with a modern black, white and grey decor. Staff was friendly. They were playing Power 96.5 over the radio. They offer you coke, coffee, or water before starting. You can walk in or make an appointment and they seemed to abide and pre-plan the walk ins they took based on appointments. They have a wall of standard polish and baskets with examples of gel polish. The classic pedicure is amazing. Everything they use smells great but not overwhelming. The salt scrub has some oil in it too so it doesn't hurt. The pedicure chairs have a great massage chair and deep basin. They also have white sheer curtains in between the chairs so if you aren't with the person next to you, you have some privacy. They have seating for 8 mani and 8 pedi at a time. Today 4 people were working but they've only been open 4 days. They really took their time on my husband since he wasn't getting polish.My gel manicure was done well but also very quick so we were in an out on a Saturday morning. I didn't feel rushed thou. The polish is not too thick that it'll peel quickly which is a pet peeve of mine.Overall we had a great experience. It's pricing is competitive but the atmosphere, cleanliness and attention to detail is worth the extra couple bucks. We will go back. Read Less
