The people are very nice and pleasant, however they didn't understand when I told them I wanted to get acrylic nails. They started a natural manicure and I had to remind her several times that I was getting acrylic nails. I ended up being passed to 4 different nail techs, and waiting for one for 30 mins because the tech doing my nails was in training and couldn't do the next step until it was approved.There wasn't a very good selection of colors, nor could they put a peace sign on one nail. They refused to freehand it, and insisted on using stamps, but they didn't have anything close to what I wanted. After 10 mins of watching him struggle with the stamps I just went for all black nails. I like the dipped nails. The first time I had them done, they lasted 3 weeks and service was excellent. This time I am not as thrilled, but the nails are decent, just not as nice as before. Love this place! It has been my regular nail salon for about a year now! Great customer service and prices! I'm there about every two weeks to get my nails done I love it that much! Clean work stations and tools! Hannah the owner is such a sweet person she does an amazing job every time. The massage chairs are the best I have fallen asleep in them a couple times! Truly relaxing experience! If you decide you don't like what you picked I have done that once I just went back the next day she fixed it for free!!!! Not happy. Pretty sure my tech has not been to school. I had to ask her to put top coat on my toenails and there was no lotion or massage on my hands. Took an hour just for the pedicure. As soon as I got home I completely redid my fingernails because they looked so terrible. Bubbles, uneven lines, thick and globby. Plus, she cut my cuticle until it bled. I had a pretty bad experience here. Guy who started doing my pedicure cut my nail so uneven, I suffer from ingrown toenails so I always get my pedicure so they help me with this issue, my nail still hurt right now and I visited them on Saturday it's Wednesday and my toenail is so sore, guy who started doing it was not experienced at all, he tried but bc I was in a hurry they just threw me with him so they could get the money, they could have said that another time would be best for me to come back but instead they wanted the easy money and did not care that the guy that was there hurt me and left my ingrown nail worse than how I went. I went in and showed a gut what I wanted and I was slightly scared due to the fact that he seemed like he wasn't sure. Basically I could tell he has not done a stiletto nail with two tone glitter acrylic. They came out better than I thought they might. I am so in love with them and he definitely exceeded my expectations and I already have my mom getting hers done here as well . Amazing job! And the owner is so nice and kept offering everyone soda, wine or water and it was so nice and helpful . I tried them out when they first opened, & have kept going back ever since. They are clean, very nice & welcoming, & actually care about keeping your nails healthy. The best place I have gone to in Springfield and they are brand new! They have been open for six weeks so the place is super clean. You are greeted by the nicest couple when you walk in and instantly feel like a priority and friend. The service was so friendly, quick, and great!
