This is hands down the worst nail place in town. I would give them zero stars if I could. You would think they could handle a simple pedicure for the outrageous amount they charge, but it looked terrible and a couple days after my toe got infected and there was puss on the side of the nail. Rude staff. Way too expensive for the cheap stuff they offer. Two of my nails chipped off after two days. I went in for a repair and they were SO RUDE about it, like it was all my fault. Well, pardon me if I think putting a shirt on shouldn't cause my fingernails to fall off. The rest of my nails lasted less than a week. Never will I EVER go in their door again. I would give a zero if I could. My daughter and I went for Manis and pedis as a special girls' day. I spent over $100. My nail person was so rude and it seemed obviously she did not want to be doing my nails. She spoke to the person doing nails next to her and laughed the entire time. She was very rough as well. My fingernails were half painted, the sides were missing color, but she was so mean, I did not say anything. She didn't even ask if I liked them. The next day my pinkie toe had no color on it. I did Shellac on both my toes and fingernails. I don't even want to call them to repair because they were so rude. I will just have to live with my pinkie having no polish How sad that our special day was ruined. I will never go back! Save your money and go somewhere that treats you with dignity and kindness! Went there for the first time today. Never again. Nice place, designed well. However, the girl doing my pedicure didn't even ask how I was, or tslk to me. She just started the pedicure. It wasn't until she was rubbing lotion on my legs that she asked if it felt good. The guy doing a pedicure next to me asked if I was doing ok. Oh and when she was putting the great smelling scrub on my legs..... she rubbed one leg then got up to help another customer then came back. Sh...e rubbed the scrub in my other leg and rinsed it off, but didn't rinse the first leg. (So it was sticky and had to was my legs when I got home). When she had me get up to go to the drying station, she didn't even move her rolling chair or tool station out of the way. Horrible experience. i had white tips done and they are all completely uneven. The nails are all bumpy and not smooth what so ever. Highlight of all of this was when she completely drilled off the skin on my finger and drew blood, then said nothing about it and pretended it didn't happen. I did not feel like a valued customer. The lady who did my nails was in a hurry for no reason. No one was waiting for her. My nails look like trash and now I have to go somewhere to get them fixed because they were for my wedding. My nails are chipped and coming off and I haven't even had them a week. They are so uneven and they acted like they were in such a hurry to finish they barley even asked how I wanted them how long I wanted them or the shape. WORST experience EVER! I went in and showed the the amount of of white I like by how my nails currently were and that I wanted them trimmed even with ends of my fingers! Thats pretty plain and clear but they kept trying to get me to do something different and talk me into putting on new white tips. I only needs a pink and white fill! BADLY with the dremel tool, brought blood several times-told me I SHOULD LOOK AWAY! Never once apologized and treated me like dirt actually! I have never had a more humiliating experience where I am paying someone to do that to me!!! I was literally in tears and they finally did have a nicer younger girl try and rectify the situation but the damage was already done . I really can't believe that after I was brought to tears due to bleeding and humiliation they had the nerve to still charge me! I went with my friend and received very poor service. I asked for a color and they said that they could not do it. I then switched to another color which I was told would not look good. I then decided to switch colors a third time and was told I wouldn't like it once I got home so ultimately they chose what was done to my nails.
