I just wanted to brag on Thy; she is the best. She greets me with a huge smile every time I come in. She is very through when she does my pedicures and even lets me take a little nap. When she gets done I always just wanna give her a big hug. I don’t feel like I get very good customer service anywhere these days and she treats me so well. I've never posted a bad review but these nails are so bad. My sister and I both got a brand new set and I asked for coffin shaped nails. Both of us had our skin buffed off on multiple fingers. I could see my blood smear on the buffer pad and he put it back on the drawer when he was done. My nails were sore for several days after from using the electric buffer on my nails too long and too hard. Instead of coffin shaped I just got weird croocked rectangles. Every single one is crooked and the tip is like at a slant instead of flat. Three of my nails are already lifting after only 5 days. (I work on an office and I'm not rough on my nails at all.) They charged me $35 and didn't even come close to what I wanted or just a decent set. I'm going to have to have them removed because they can't be fixed. Save your money! Read Less

I drove my daughter here a few months back. It was a Saturday about 40 minutes before the stated closing time. They rushed her through so fast for her nails. She was so disappointed and mad. They seemed to be in a hurry as they were closing up shop before the posted closing time. They should have put a sign up on the door that they were closing early that day. We Read Less

I've tried quite a few nail salons across Springfield and was happy with my experience at Expo. The staff was friendly and did the services as requested. I had 23yr old Tina do my pedicure who was the perfect balance of conversationalist and letting me zone/relax.Tip: they take reservations but don't write them down so just walk in. Like any other walk in place, u get better faster service at off times like 3pm instead of 5pm. Read Less

Was in from out of town and found it difficult  to find a nail salon with great reviews. This place was where I ended up. Decent place but nothing special. No atmosphere- no music or tv playing. Friendly staff though, and reasonable prices. Read Less

Ridiculous wait times!! If you make an appt for 5pm be sure to get there AT LEAST an hour early just to get started by your appt time. Not worth the trouble or money for the wait time and service you get. Would not recommend to anyone!! Read Less

I made an appointment for 12:00 and we didn't get started until 12:30, they did a good job and it was very affordable; I was just annoyed that I made an appointment and still had to wait. I recommend it, but just walk-in. Read Less

To be fair: This is my very first set of acrylic nails. At $40 a set I'm only getting them for my upcoming wedding and then they'll be gone.I called ahead of time and asked if I needed to make an appointment or just come as a walk-in. They insisted that being a walk-in would be fine.So I show up about 5:30, waited about 15 mins. There was only one lady doing nails while 3 or 4 ladies were doing pedicures. The actual process of getting the nails on was fine, I felt it took a little long (apx 1 hour) but like I said I'm a nail-newbie. The lady got a little too close to my skin a couple of times and it hurt/bled a little bit.A lady came in just after I got started on my nail set, and she waited a long time and then caused a scene because of her long wait. Once she left all of the ladies working the place started speaking in a language I do not understand and they didn't sound happy. : (I feel like my experience would have been much better if the shop had not have been under-staffed that day.
