My mother is a regular customer there, and when it came time for my wedding, Elegant Nail Salon just went ABOVE and BEYOND to cater to all of my wedding party's needs! They allowed all of us (close to a dozen gals!) to come in at the same time and enjoy being pampered together. Alan even assumed the role of photographer to capture special moments that I will treasure forever! Rude! Wouldn't let me pick out the nail polish color and wether I wanted regular or shalk polish! Then Alan accused me of not having my nail art picked out ahead of time! Called as a first time customer based on reviews from co workers the owner got me right in. My experience was amazing. It smells horrible inside and they have terrible service. It was very dirty and I think i saw some mold in their supplies. They do not allow walk ins most of time i try to go there and they told us to leave and make a appointment. Read Less

I moved to Missouri from Colorado, I had a wonderful nail tech out there, and I was scared as to who could compete against them. I then found Allan. Professional, outstanding, warm-hearted. I am very very picky on who does my nails. I HIGHLY recommend Allan and his family to do your nails. When I would call, Allan would know it was me, and answer with care, I felt like family. I have since moved to another state, and have yet to find someone as great as Allan. I miss elegant nails and the family that made me feel at home there. What a great experience, I got shellac on my nails and they are PERFECTLY done.  I also got just a polish change on my nails, not a full pedicure.    I went in without an appointment and waited for around 20 minutes which I expected and didnt mind.  I paid $22 for a shellac manicure and $10 to have the polish changed on my toes.  The place seemed clean to me and they had a good selection of shellac and regular polish.  At the end of the visit the owner came over to me and thanked me for coming in and hoped to see me again which I though was super nice of him!  I felt like this salon really took pride in their work and wanted to do a great job and not just get you in and out and onto the next customer.  I felt pleased and cared for and will be back again :) Read Less
