We got rejected at another place because they were too busy. This place was as well, but they were super friendly and worked us in quick. They do a painfully good job to make sure it’s done right. Lea was super particular to make sure she got my cuticles clean so that the gel would stay properly. They also have a punch card so after nine visits you get 15$ off. I have gone to Deluxe Nails for many years. They are the cleanest nail spa I have encountered. I particularly love that they line their foot tubs with a clean liner for everyone. I love Deluxe Nail and Spa! My first time here, I was coming in to get a bad manicure fixed and I was so happy with they way my nails turned out, I kept going. I’ve been coming here for 5 years now and haven’t had a bad experience. I consider this one of the best nail salons in Springfield. It’s always clean and the manicurists are always friendly. 3 months ago we brought our 85 year old aunt in. She was very reluctant to have her first pedicure. The staff instantly made us all feel very comfortable. We now go monthly. (Her , my husband, and I). In October they all sang our aunt happy birthday. She went from just a pedicure to now she enjoys their beautiful shellac colors. I got a gel manicure Saturday afternoon. By the evening the paint on my ring finger popped off. By sunday two other nails the paint was hanging by a thread and now (monday) another nail chipped. I would go back to get this corrected however I have little cuts all over my nail beds and it is pretty painful. I have gone here before with no issue but I probably will not be back which is unfortunate as close as it is to my home. Basically, I paid $25 and tipped for something that did not even last 3 hours and is causing me pain. Waste of money. Read Less

Went in excited because of the great reviews. Had a pedicure and a shellac manicure and my eyebrows done. The woman who did my pedicure didn't take any time with me at all. Rushed through. She did my manicure as well. She didn't talk to me at all, when she wanted me to move she nudged my foot or hand and just made a noise at me. When one of my nails didn't dry correctly and wrinkled I asked if she could fix it and she was very annoyed and physically pulled me closer as if it was my fault. She also never had the UV dryer turned on while they were supposed to be drying. Her co-worker had to remind her to turn it on. Everyone around me seemed to be wonderful, except for the woman doing me. Anther girl took me to do my eyebrows and honestly it was a great experience with her. A friend from work recommended this place after I had a falling out with my old nail salon and I decided to try them. I walked and was instantly greeted by Johnny the owner and I told him that I would like a new set and a pedicure. Johnny sat me down at his station and proceeded to start my new set. He took careful time in doing my nail making sure he gave me exactly what I wanted in clouding the shaping and how much white I preferred as the tip. He did an outstanding job. As he was finishing up one of the girls started the water for my pedicure and had it all ready to go by the time johnny finished my nails. She did an excellent job and my feet have never felt softer! The pricing at Deluxe is reasonable I paid $35 for a new set of pink and white and I paid $25 for a pedicure.I would highly recommend them if you're looking for a place to try.
