This is the most amazing nail salon in Springfield. What it's not is a you pick color, sit down and get hurried out the door with an ok mani or pedi. The spa is absolutely beautiful and relaxing!!!The employees take pride in the job they do and even suggested I not paint my nails but treat them to make them stronger. The treatment they suggested was get this...$5 and it has worked great. Khulan and her spa have earned a loyal customer. I cannot wait to make my next appointment and this place is great for groups. I was in visiting from Chicago for a wedding. After searching through yelp, Facebook and google, I finally decided on this salon for our mani's/pedi's and even a spray tan! The entire experience was fantastic. The owner is clearly knowledgable about her business as well as just being a wonderful person to talk with. My seven year old experienced her first mani/pedi and loved it. She had a gel mani/pedi and seven days later her pedi still looks perfect. She is seven so that is pretty much unheard of. I loved my tan...great color, pleasant odor and still looks good after seven days as well. My only compliant...I wish they had a location in Chicago :). Thank you gals for a wonderful evening! This spa is awesome. I got a pedicure on Saturday and couldn't wait to get back! So far I have had nails, brows, and spray tans. I get so excited to get back. The staff is so kind and welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. I am super pleased with the prices as well! Anyone who has a bad review of this place is insane. What a wonderful experience! I had a late appointment with Khulan on a Friday evening, yet she took her time with me. Khulan is very personable, thoughtful, and seems to have my best interest in mind; I enjoyed that she was willing to educate me as she worked. The salon is nice and so is the staff. I went here the first time with my daughter and got a mani, pedi which was nice and very satisfied. I went back a few months later to get a more natural cnd nails which were supposed to be more healthy than acrylic. My daughter had her nails done as well. It took 3 hours to get our nails done and they kept stressing it was because they did not used drills. I know better than this and had other manicures done without drills, but did not say anything. They told me the nails work better on some people, but not on others...should have been my first clue. My. nails started popping off after 3 days. My daughter only lost one. The salon offered to fix my nails for free, but after the first visit of taking 3 hours...I did not want to take the time. My daughter had an appointment to get her nail fixed. There was a mixup during the booking or somewhere in communication. The lady making the appointment did not speak good English and when my daughter showed up for her appointment the salon was closed. She waited for 20 minutes and tried calling and received no answer. After she called the salon, my daughter called me and I called and left a message on the salon voice mail. The salon called me later, but by then my daughter found someone else to do her nails. I am giving 3 stars because the salon is immaculately clean and the staff are friendly. I absolutely love this place!  It has a very modern, chic feel and the ladies who work there are so friendly and lovely.  The price is very reasonable and everything is clean and well cared for.  Jen did my nails and often when I get my nails done at other salons they end up cutting my cuticles too close and making me bleed, not here!!! It was a painless, relaxing, fun experience.  I will definitely be coming back again soon! This place is fantastic! I waited a week to write my review to see how my gel manicure would hold up. My nails still look flawless and I'm very hard on my nails. I was in Springfield for a business trip and decided to get my nails done. It was about an hour before they closed and they were able to squeeze me in the schedule. The nail tech took her time and was exceptionally friendly while she worked. I couldn't have been more happy and will definitely be returning when I'm in town next. I highly recommend this place! FINALLY, after years of searching, I have found the perfect nail salon. This place is amazing. Gone are my days of "drive-thru" mani/pedis. The salon itself is beautifully decorated--the perfect place to relax. I cannot say enough about the staff. They treated me like royalty from the moment I walked in until I was in my car driving away. My nails were a mess from years of acrylics being on and off. I love Cashmere. This is a new salon right around the corner from Touch. From the outside it is very in conspicuous,  but when you walk in you feel like you just stepped into a much more cosmopolitan place.  Staff is super friendly and professional and I love the foot soak.  Yes they have a man station,  so guy or girl,  or however you come make it your spot to get pampered.
