We booked a 2 hour couples massage, and we thought Acacia was super nice! Especially loved the Eucalyptus steam shower and sauna! However, for the entire 2 hours it sounded like the room next to us was a total construction zone. I’ve been a customer of this spa from their very early days. You will be hard-pressed to find a spa that works as hard as they do to make your experience top-notch. I agree with the other reviewer that it really frustrates me to read a negative review because I know that everyone at Acacia works very hard to make your spa experience relaxing and to meet your expectations. Our friends, my husband and I planned a spa day. We normally go elsewhere but they didnt have a spot. This was my second option and it will now be our only option. This place is AMAZING! The lady at the front greeted us and was super sweet. They then split up the guys and girls into their calming rooms and we got ready. After the amazing massage, we got to use the eucalyptus shower, sauna and arctic room. They had hair products and everything a girl needs to get ready. I was SO impressed (and so relaxed). I had lip injections with Lauren and i cannot stop staring at them in the mirror. I absolutely LOVE my new lips. They are perfectly symetrical. Lauren took time and would administer some filler and then step back to really look at the result before she would move to another spot. It did NOT hurt at all. Lauren is a pro at inserting the syringe. I will definitely and forever be a loyal customer at this Spa. All of the staff are so sweet and make you feel like you are so welcome and important when you walk in the door. I met Allyson, the owner, and we chit chatted for several minutes after mine and my husband's Spa day for Mother's Day weekend and i had no clue that she was indeed the owner. She was incredibly sweet, down to earth and i really enjoyed our conversation. I only found out several days later that she was the owner. My husband said that the massage that he had was the BEST massage that he has ever received. And if you knew him that is saying a LOT! We have had massages with Julie, Crystal and Spring and they are ALL amazing. We also had the hydrafacial treatment on our spa day and that was incredible. The staff here is so friendly! I have been looking for a good place to get my nails done for TEN YEARS, and Katy always does a phenomenal job. I haven't had a chance to try their spa services yet, but I have seen the quiet room and it is lovely. The services available are affordable, and they are quick to offer free, delicious coffee to you while you wait or get something done. Went to Acacia spa with a group during 417 Spa Week, you get 3 services for $99. It was a great bargain and a great experience. I especially liked the spa pedicure, it made my feet feel amazing, it was relaxing and everything a spa day should be. Everyone there was courteous and professional. I highly recommend Acacia spa. Lovely atmosphere, but the Shellac manicure I had was sub par.  The technician didn't do any cuticle treatment or buff my nails. Consequently, while my nails themselves looked nice, my cuticles weren't cleaned up so it wasn't so great, and then it completely peeled off only 3(!) days later which is waaay too soon for a Shellac.  Thank goodness I had a gift certificate, because if I'd paid for this I would have been REALLY upset instead of just disappointed. Called for a sugar scrub exfoliation, and they were good enough to work me in on short notice -- and yes, I specifically stated "sugar scrub" -- this becomes important in a moment.  The reception area is very nice, with several types of chairs and attractively arranged products, and the treatment room was spacious and attractive.  I mentioned again that I was there for a sugar scrub, and that I had not had an exfoliation treatment before.As I was on the table I was informed they don't do sugar scrubs (which are gentler than a salt glow) anymore.I had to ask the MT to ease off pressure a couple of times during the process, and when I got home and showered I noticed a stinging in a few places on my shins and outer thighs.  The next morning, there were scabs on those places such as a papercut would have.  I wondered at the time if this was to be expected and didn't think to mention it right away -- when I did call a week later, the owner stated "Well, if you'd come in the next day so we could see it...".  I live an hour away, and was in town for other errands when i had the initial appointment, AND the day spa is closed that next day.  She did mention that she "might" offer me "half-off another salt glow" -- I leave my response to that to your imagination. My boyfriend Justin and I went to Acacia Spa for Valentines day. We got a couples massage and facial and it was fabulous! Everyone was very knowledgeable and made us feel very comfortable. Our experience was very relaxing! My boyfriend even loved it. He is not one to like girly activities but he was absolutely ecstatic after we received our treatments. I picked Acacia because it was not a big corporate chain. Our experience was personal and they definitely treated us with great customer service!
