Just ok i don't know much about nails but I do know they need an exhaust fan. I won't let my granddaughter go back because of the smell. For real put an exhaust fan in there. I deal with osha allot and if we were on a job site they would shut us down there's no way it would pass an air quality check. Read Less

They do great work here. Always clean and professional. I enjoy going Into here to get my nails done. They are all very professional with work and truly are great nail techs. They clean the foot spas correctly and seem to be following all state laws. :) Highly recommend for a good SAFE Mani pedi day! Read Less

I just got gel nails a week ago and two just came off. I have had them before there and not had this problem. The lady assisting me was very rude and rolled her eyes at me for getting gel instead of the new type they were strongly pushing. Read Less

This was the worst Christmas Eve experience ever! I called the salon the day before and they quoted me at a particular price for a fill for myself and gel nails for my daughter. When we arrived for the appointment, I stated at the front counter that I would like a fill and my daughter would like gel nails. The owner seated us, along with my one year old granddaughter. During our appointment, as we were getting our nails done, if my daughter or I moved even slightly we were scolded like children and our hands forcefully grabbed. As we completed our appointment my daughter took my credit card to the counter to pay for the service. The bill was more than double what we origionally were told the day before. I immediately stopped and explained that this is not what we agreed on. That was when my nail tech tore her mask off her face and began to scream at me in her native language, which I can't understand. She then stated 'if you won't pay then I will destroy what I've done' in english and grabbed my hands. Then, the owner walked over and pushed my shoulder and asked why I refused to pay for the service. I explained that the service was not what had been agreed upon earlier. She turned away and went to the front where my daughter met her to pay and again I was asked if I was going to pay the full amount. My  daughter stated 'no'. That is when the owner took the card from my daughter's hand put it in a drawer and shut it. I walked up, demanded my card back and asked the owner if she would agree to charge me the original price. She said 'no' so I explained I would pay today but I, nor my daughter (that she knows by her first name being a repeat customer) will ever be back. I felt threatened , and the level of customer service that was given to me was less than unexecpteble . Read Less
