This was my first time getting a pedicure here. They did not scrub my feet very well, when I asked her about it (She was the owner or in charge) she told me to do it at home.... She spent a total of 10 minutes on my feet. She applied one coat of uneven polish and did not remove all the cuticle. I wish I could post a picture. Place seemed ok. Clean, got 4 of us together in fairly quickly. But when the technician turned on the jet in the basin, water came like a fountain into my lap. None of the other people who worked there came to help and by the time she got the water off, I was soaked from waist to knees.  I didn't make a huge deal. Made an appointment for my mom and myself and they were rude on the phone. We arrived 5 minutes early and sat in the uncomfortable pedi chair 40 minutes before being helped. They filled the tub and we sat waiting until the water was cold. They pressured us into the more expensive items. Very limited color selection. I am new to this area and didn't know any good nail shops. I stopped here to get a full set and never been any where else since then. Angie was my nail technician and I absolutely love her. she took her time to make sure that everything was right. Lisa is also really good. I would recommend this place to anyone. I have been going to Q nails for over 10 years now! I love Angie, Tina and all the staff. I walk in there and they always greet me with a smile. I always leave there happy and feeling relaxed. This may be my new favorite place for pedicures. I went on a Saturday, and they got me in quickly, even though the salon was packed. The woman who did my pedicure was very friendly, and conversed with me while she worked. She massage my calves for quite some time, and it felt great. I go here every two weeks. It's the kind of place where they remember your name and are always happy to get you in. If you get the pedi, get the deluxe!  Extra salt scrub rub and leg/foot massage is what keeps me coming back. Also, excellent eye brow waxing services. I will never return to this "salon." I use the term "salon" loosely.  The facility is filthy. This becomes painstakingly obvious as you sit In their torn up chairs. However, by the time I was uncomfortable enough to leave my pedicure was well underway. That brings me to another issue; their tools. Their tools were store in a plastic caddie.  The same tools are used on everyone! The women pedicuring my feet trimmed her fingernail with the same tools she used on my toes right in front of me!!! I love Q Nails! Most reasonable prices and there's always a coupon in the Flash Flyer for $15 for a pedicure. I can always walk in and get started within 10 minutes or less. My pedicures last for at least 6 weeks. Not the prettiest place in town, but the prices and results are great! Read Less

I used this salon for a couple of years, but had to find another salon. The place has gotten dirtier over time and lately it has been filthy. Dust and clutter everywhere. The technicians will go from person to person without washing their hands between customers. The technicians will often skip steps to rush customers along. The last time I was there, the nail technician cut my finger twice because she was rushing and not paying attention. I used to get gel overlay there, but had to stop because their poor quality gel had bumps and impurities in it. Read Less

I had a pedicure here today and won't be back. The place is run down in general and the shop was not clean. The chairs were all torn, stained and dirty and I wish I hadn't stayed for the whole pedicure. As it was, I told them not to use many of the tools on my feet so I could get out of there more quickly. I just wasn't sure they steriflized anything since the state of the place was so poor. It would have been so awkward to leave after I was immediately told to sit in a pedi chair upon arrivng.  One of my big toes hurts after she used a tool to clean under the nail. I suggest you find a different salon to go to! The employees are rude, they do not listen, and best of all THEY CHANGE THEIR PRICES! I went in to get a fill with my mother and we had called the day before to make an appointment. The woman had told us over the phone it was $12 for a fill and $16 for a set.. the next day we went in and I noticed they didnt even have a menu of their prices listed anywhere and when I went to hand her the $12 plus tip she said it was $16 for the fill and $20 for the set..... ?! I called the next day and got the same prices so they must have not liked us! I will never come back to this salon. Read Less

We had a great experience here.  Very friendly and accommodating. Three of us have gone a few times and everything seemed clean and instruments sanitized. We were happy with pedicures and manicures.  They seemed to have quite a few regular customers while we were there.  Very reasonable prices too. Read Less

I had gone here for about a year ....but have stopped going. The service was very bad last time I was there. The owner (I believe) was very rude to me - tried to tell me that I had not informed her of the services I had received before paying.  I had told the girl who helped me. After that I started going to another salon - I don't need to be treated rudely when treating myself to a mani/pedi.  Also, once I saw the cleaning done at the new place I started going to, I realized QNails was not cleaned/sanitized as well as it could have been.
