When you get a full set or even a fill, they dont keep coming filing nail down to where its sore or damages your nail. First off, if I could give them zero stars, I would. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had in a while. I went in for a 1:30 pm appointment, I arrived at 1:10 pm. First off, I knew I was early and I did acknowledge that. They made no mention of them running behind, just told me to pick out my color and they'd be with me. Well, I picked out my color and had a seat. My appointment time came and went, around 2:00 pm, I asked how much longer it would be. (That took a lot for me to ask because usually I don't try to be a complaining customer and I do know things happen). They said it would be just another few minutes so I had a seat to continue to wait to be seen for my appointment.  Well, another 15 minutes came and went. By this time, I had been there for over an hour.... I went up to ask again about my appointment. Well, no one would even acknowledge me standing there. Finally, at 2:30 pm, and standing at the counter for at least 5 minutes, I just walked out. It was a complete waste of my time and I didn't even get my nails done! In total, I waited an hour and 15 minutes with no explanation. I get people sometimes running behind, but at least communicate this to your customers and don't make them feel like they are an inconvenience. I will never return there. Read Less

I just wanted to let you guys know how disappointed and dissatisfied I am with your services. I have been coming in for a year now and never thought I would ever get treated so poorly. I came in on Sunday to get my nails filled. I was told to sit down at Tristy's station, she started working on my nails and used white Acrylic powder even though she knows and seen I get pink powder. Half way through she then proceeded to tell me that Victor would be with me to finish me. After ten minutes of waiting and watching him critique his work and making sure the lady he was working on was satisfied. I was told to move down to Kim's station and she noticed she messed up my nail, then attempted to fix it but she ended up taking it completely off and leaving a spot with no glitter. It is clear to the eye and not easy to miss. She then rushed to get me to pay and leave. She then over charged me. She charged me 45 for the pink powder but I had gotten white. I did not notice my nail was messed up until I got home because they usually never mess up my nails. And it was too late for me to go back.... The point I am trying to make is i am a extremely upset that I have not been treated the same as people who get $100 dollar nails done. I have NEVER been asked if the shape was right or if something needed to be fixed, they just do what they want and move on with the next person. So unless you are willing to spend 100 bucks to get your nails done then you will get poor service and move you around to 3 different techs, then they will charge you the wrong price because they move you around to 3 different techs... Haven't gone here in awhile because I had a not so good experience my first time, but I ended up having Tristy do my nails and oh my goodness she did a wonderful job! They turned out so good! I got sugar crystal put on my ring finger and she was warning me on how it can get dirty very easily. I felt like she really cared! Definitely recommend her! Read Less

I've tried this place twice now, and I'm not really wanting to go back. My first visit, in March 2016, I was in for a fill, with gel, and opted towards the end of my service to have a design done. My total was $48 before tip. Upon returning home, I noticed my polish wasn't applied smoothly, leaving some spots where it was "faded" almost. My nails looked as if they'd been done a week ago and had grown out. However, I loved the 3D design done so I just let it be. Then, less than 1 week later, 3 of my nails started to chip from the base. I eventually needed to remove all of them. Then, this past week, I went in for a pedicure. I choose their "luxurious" $35 pedi. What I got was being cashed out with excess amounts of massage oil down my legs and on the bottom of my feet (nearly impossible to walk in flip-flops like that!) and about 2 minutes after the lady applied the top coat. So, no offer to have me sit under the drying fan for when 5 minutes. Another part that left me uncomfortable was when I selected my pedicure she tried to up-sell me repeatedly, because it was "only $5 more", and when I declined she still told me to come back and do it next time. Needless to say, I'll be continuing to look for another place locally to have my nails done. Best salon ever!! The owners are sooo friendly and accommodating, they even let me come in for a mani/pedi an hour and a half AFTER they had already closed!! Then a few days later, I noticed a chip in my gel, they fixed it free of charge and even touched up and freshened up all of my nails!! Their Customer service is outstanding!!! Never do I feel as if my services are being rushed through or as if I'm an inconvenience. I made the mistake of going to a different salon (convenience/time purposes only) and omg did I regret it!! Never again!!! I will continue to drive out from the Delmar loop to get my nails done. I am ALWAYS in love and obsessed with my nails after I leave, and get so many compliments everywhere I go. I've been going here since the new owners have taken over and love it! They just got new pedicure chairs and they always do a great job on my nails and toes, as well as my eyebrows! Don't rate it by the outside, rate it by the service and the final product!!!! After all that is what is important!!!! I went there with my daughter and we both plan on going back. We both had a great pedi, that we would recommend to anyone. Our feet were soft and pretty, plus our toes..... They looked GREAT...... PLease give Nails Today one try and if u don't like they, then don't return. I have been to many nail salons around the area and this place had friendly people and good prices. Isn't that what "we" as customers are looking for?  I know my daughter and I am. I think each of you out there should ask yourself that question. This place is kind of hole in the wall.  That being said, they give the best pedicure I have ever had. The facility is very clean an the staff are very nice and accommodating.  The actual pedicure will last at least an hour, that does not include dry time.  I will not go anywhere else. Read Less

This place is horrible. It's dirty and they have no clue what they are doing. I went in and asked for a natural manicure. They had a kid start to file my nails. He tried to reuse the cuticle cutter that the lady next to him had just used on another client on me without any effort to clean or sterilize it. When I asked for clean tools they were surprised. Then they wanted to use the drummel file on my super thin natural nails.  When I refused they were angry and then she tried to glue tips on. All this for a natural manicure. At that point I left.
