I have been going to the same nail salon every 2 weeks for 11 years for a gel fill and  pedicure. Today I was told to try this salon since I had to change my normal appointment. I was immediately not impressed by the welcome or lack there of. Two people were too busy being on their phones at the counter than to help me. When they did look up one just pointed and went back to the phone. Didn't ask my name. Nothing. In fact I wasn't spoken to the ENTIRE time I was there other than "pick your color". It was like a sorority house where they all talked LOUDLY to one another instead of the customer. They just lost a repeat customer - I go 26 times a year at $60 + tip. Word of advice: first impressions are everything. Another pro-tip: don't lay on the counter the whole time like your at home. Totally unprofessional. (Out of 12 yelp reviews this will be the 4th horrible review. That's a tell all).Your response is to someone else. Not me. I don't do dip nails nor was anyone eating. My review stands as it happened. Hm...I know other reviews said this place was rude(especially on google), but they could be as rude as they want to me. They've done a great job with my nails. I've only been twice but I've loved my nails both times (powder dip for both). They are quick as they can be and very precise on getting the right shape. The only sad thing is that I'm moving and will not be able to go here any more. Read Less

Great job! Got a gel French manicure for my engagement photos and they turned out beautifully. She was very meticulous while doing my nails and you can tell they looks so clean and precise. Hard to believe those are on my real nails. I’ve seen other reviews that were disappointed that the staff wasn’t friendly. I agree they were not super chatty but I prefer it that way. I came here because i went somewhere else and the people messed up my nails. The atmosphere was amazing, i felt like they genuinely cared about my nails looking great. She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect and they are. I'll be back in few weeks. I'll never go to another shop again!!! Read Less

I really wanted this place to be my go to nail place! After moving to this area, i needed to find a new nail salon to go to every two weeks. This place is beautiful, but that's it. The ladies working were stuck up, and didn't talk much in English, just to each other in their native language. And the quality of nails are not like what I am use to! Very poor quality and the talent is subpar. I tried this place twice, to give it a second chance and still was not satisfied. I did the gel acrylic and the powder acrylic, both times were very thick and unnatural. Read Less

Super cute interior! I didn't think that the staff was very friendly, but no one was rude or anything. The young lady who did my nails (sorry, didn't get her name!) did a great job! Beautiful! I came here for my wedding nails. They're French tips with a gel top coat, and it was a full set. It only cost me $35 before tip. The salon itself is sooo cute too. One day I'm coming back to sit in those chairs for a pedicure! Read Less

This place was recommended by someone due to its cleanliness. I would agree that the room and practices of the staff were very clean. The decor is defined glam'd and pleasant to experience. The chairs were very cool, though they did not have a massage feature. They had the matching gel to regular polish though not as many color options as I  have experienced in other salons across the country. They offer wine after 5, but I was there in the morning so I did not experience that service. The experience was very pleasant and I would return. The only reason for the 4 is the non massaging chairs and less color matching options. The service and experience of staff was very very good. Read Less

I usually go to another nail salon, but decided to give this one a shot. I walked in and felt like I was interrupting everyone for being there. Nobody said hello or was even a little friendly. But I stuck it out. My nails (gel manicure) looked pretty good after walking out and I was very excited. The first nail chipped after 3 days, the next day a second nail chipped, and now a third nail has chipped and it's only been 5 days!!  This is supposed to last 2 weeks!!! I'm not to aggressive or rough with my nails.  I get a gel mani every 3-4 weeks, so I know my manicures. I won't go back and I don't recommend the place! Read Less
