I walked in as a new customer the lady was kind of snappy towards me. While waiting for my turn I to get my pedicure the lady did not use gloves but when it was my turn she decides to use them. This was the worst expirence at a nail salon I have ever had to deal with. I went in Friday September 16th. I went in around 3 or maybe earlier. But I went in and had good intentions because I heard they were amazing. I wish I could've said the same when I left. Well when I walked in a lady didn't even greet me, she said "Do you have an appointment?" and I said no. And she grunted extremely loud. That was how this terrible expirence started. Then she came rushing over to me and said "hurry up and pick your color." Girl it hasn't even been a full min and asking me to hurry up. I don't even have to spend money here so I said "I don't have to do my business here." And she said "Ok. Ok, I am sorry. You have 5 mins." I got so aggrivated. Then I sat down and SHE DIDN'T EVEN PREP MY NAILS!!!! I was confused and said don't you have to prep my nails? Keep in mind I am no expert at nails and she said "mam I am the one doing your nails. I know what I'm doing." Thanks for the snobby attitude. :/ So then she did my nails and I went to homecoming and everything was good and the next morning, THE NAIL POLISH WAS ALREADY COMING OFF AND SOME OF MY NAILS ARE ALREADY FALLING OFF!!!!!!!!!!! I only went to a dance and came home. I didn't even do anything that would damage my nails. Like what the heck. DON'T DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY ARE ALL RUDE AND ASK YOU STUPID QUESTIONS THAT AREN'T ANY OF THERE BUSINESS. THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T DESERVE ANY STARS! I had a wonderful experience here. The staff was super friendly. They talked to me while doing my nails, and even asked my name! I was shocked when they told me the price, I was expecting it to be a lot more expensive. The prices are amazing there! I picked a color changing polish and it didn't say it was color changing on the thing, so he explained what it was and asked if I still wanted it before doing my nails. I moved to the St Charles area and I was looking for a new nail salon...I ran across a few that had some so so reviews, but I saw this one and decided to try it, with my mom and aunt in tow, we came to Beautiful. Recently tried this salon since the nail tech I had been going to for years closed the shop.  Wish I would have found this place before. They do an outstanding job, the place is spotless, the people are very porfessional and know what they are doing,  The price is fair.  Great experience! Read Less
