I went to Kevin's last summer for a mani/pedi and even though I waited my turn they rushed me thru the whole process and then had the nerve to try and upsale me towards the end!!The man did a horrible job and I left very unsatisfied. Last week my daughter and I decided to get manicures last minute and we were in St Joe so I thought I would try them again and that maybe I just caught them on a bad day last time, WRONG! I had to tell the man that was working on mine 2 different times that he was tearing my cuticles and he and the girl working next to him were talking about me because she kept pointing at my hands and then asked me in a hateful tone "you happy now?" Came to get a gel manicure and I already had gel on my nails that needed removed. They had me soak my hands in a very hot stone bowl with just acetone in it which burned my nails and hands. I took my hands out early because it was drying out my skin and was painful....then the lady asked me to remove my own gel which is something I have never been asked to do anywhere else. Because I didn’t do that 2 other girls went ahead of me and I had to wait even longer. Tina is AMAZING! She is the only one who ever does my nails and she does an awesome job every. single. time! I do dip and they look great for 3 weeks until my nails grow out too much. She’s the bomb dot com. *I cannot speak for anyone else as Tina is my go to. She’s a 5 star for sure. Read Less

Completely rude! Cut me multiple times, nails are crooked, to the nub short! Guy was a dick and pretty sure he went ahead and tipped himself because he knew I wasn't going to!!! Never again will I go there and for damn sure won't suggest them to and take a friend who has never been there!Read Less

Worst experience ever! Took over 2 hours for a pedicure and a fill and I kept getting different people doing my nails, then one would leave me and go work on someone else. I can't count how many times I was cut. The lady was so rough. The gel polish was the worst paint job ever, it has streaks and doesn't cover the base of my nails or sides. They don't talk to you,they just grab your hand and start working, not asking if what they are doing is what you want. Can't believe how rude most of them were!! Read Less

I made an appointment on Monday for today at 3 for a group of four to sit together for a pedicure and when we get there they can only sit 3 of us together and the other one by their self so why even make an appointment? I will have to say the older lady that gave me a pedicure did a great job but I won't be going back. Read Less

I took a day off from work while my daughter was on spring break. It was her 5th birthday and I wanted to take her for some big girl pampering. We were some of the first customers in there and to say they took amazing care of us is an understatement. Our nails were beautiful, but they went above and beyond. One of the staff went next door and got my daughter a birthday cupcake from smallcakes. So sweet! One of the most common things is to get a French tip manicure although this salon somehow has not managed to figure out how to make the tips even? This is by far the worst nail experience I have ever had. Will not be going back nor should anyone with intentions of a French tip try them! Go to allure nails, they know how to do it! Read Less

I don't understand what everyone's problem is.. if you read some of these reviews or any saint joseph reviews (like restaurants, clothing stores, etc.) you can tell why we were voted the most "UNHAPPIEST city "I think the customer service is amazing and you can tell they work really hard. I've talked to some of the people that work there and they work 12 hour shifts EVERY. SINGLE.DAY. even on holidays and on weekends. If you guys ever have a problem with something, like your nails being uneven or it being chipped...heres something to think about. How about you go back so they can fix it for you. Also, guess what??? if they fix it for you it's FREEEEEE. WOOOOOOW. So instead of hiding behind your computer and bashing them on the internet how about be mature adults and use your common sense and let them fix it. There's a 3-day chip guarantee where they will fix it for you for free if you got them done 2,3 days ago. So what is the problem with that. So I don't understand why people have a problem when they can fix it and they can talk about it to the owner. They know what they're doing, but if  they mess up on something just take a deep breath in and tell them  what's wrong so they can fix it .. we all make mistakes!Also, the owner of the store is understanding and always wants the best for customers. I come in and she'll do my nails and whatever i tell her she'll say "sure, whatever you want" with a smile on her face and that's great customer service to me right there. I can understand how sometimes service can be bad due to it being SUPER BUSY. But come on, if you think about it. There's more than 20 customers that comes in at once and wants to get a bunch of stuff done and there's only 10 working. It might take some time, but you are at a salon. Just sit and enjoy the massage chairs and relax and be a little bit patient. TIP:When i found this nail salon a couple of years ago. i didn't know any of them or who they were. But they really LOVE talking about their culture and where they are from and i think it's quite interesting learning about it. Because that's how i got to know them a little bit better and whenever i come in now we just tell jokes to one another.
