I've only ever been here on Saturdays and I've been twice. The first time I went the girl who was doing my nails cut my cuticles to the point I was bleeding because I have very sensitive skin around my nails. Perhaps it is my fault for not letting her know. Regardless of that, I feel they did an okay job painting my nails. I've seen better. During my second visit, I had a full set and an image of the nail design I wanted. I give the girl props for trying and she even refunded me the design price because she tried her best, but it wasn't like the picture (to be fair, it was a semi complex design). I went here after a terrible experience at another nail salon. They looked busy, I was told it would be a few minutes, which was no big deal as I didn't have an appointment and had the whole day. I was sat after about 2 minutes, and the employee got everything together. I told him I was happy to find friendly employees as my last place was not a good experience. I tried the gel dip powder for the first time last time and was wanting to get it again. He gladly got me all their colors which I was impressed at the amount they had. I had a hard time choosing but he told me to take my time. He took time with me, and I never felt like they were rushing me out the door. He made sure each nail looked great. You get a little massage and the typical hand massage after. You get offered wine and they make sure you are well taken care of the entire time! So, the first time I came here I got a dip manicure. I decided to do the dip manicure because I was told there wouldn't be a lot of filling. Well, The lady filed my nails down so much at the cuticle she almost put holes in my natural nails. My fingers were sore for a week. I decided to come back and try them again a few months later as a friend of my sang praises to this particular nail salon above all others. I already had a full set so I just needed an acrylic refill. The lady did an amazing job with the fill. No I didn't see the same person I saw before, I actually didn't see her any where in the shop this time. However, I asked for regular polish and the polish job was horrible. Shortly after she finished painting my nails, she sat me under a warm dryer and as they dried the clear top coat started to bubble up. I would have brought it to her attention but she already moved on. I was pressed for time so I couldn't wait for her to redo my polish. The reason I gave two stars was because the shop is not too bad. If you get gel or dip nails this may work for you. I don't remember the name of the woman who did my dip nails at first but I didn't see her there. I would go back just to get a refill because that part was great. I went to think pink today for the first time and fell in love. I have recently been getting my nails done in dip and this salon has been the best at it. First off they took so much more time on my nails and effort she made sure they looked perfect without me even saying a word. Also i had called and asked pricing for the dip nails and they said $35. The lady began to clip my cuticles and i thought in my head "now I'll be charged for a manicure." Because every other place has. She then finished my nails and offered a shoulder massage as my nails dried i told her she didn't need to; but she insisted so again thinking "im going to be charged for this." I paid a visit to this place for the first time today. I decided on a whim to get a manicure and pedicure so I didn't have an appointment. They got me in within a few minutes, no long wait. I must say, the woman who took care of me did an amazing job! I got a basic manicure and pedicure. I'll admit, it had been quite a while since I last had a pedicure so I was definitely due for one. She really went to town on my feet in the best way! My feet have never felt better! They look and feel amazing! She did such a wonderful job. The manicure is great too. I love this salon and spa, they always take great care of me. They always have the latest trends and designs with wonderful variety if colors, styles, services, and packages for groups. The woman who did my powder dip was so, so, so, so, so sweet and pleasant. I loved her. But, three of my nails bubbled so we had to redo them. I was there for almost 2 hours. After I left, I realized that almost none of my nails are really smooth/even which makes them less shiny. I say without a doubt anytime I need my nails done while in St. Louis I will be going to Think Pink!Stephanie did an absolutely amazing job and I got the sense she takes pride in her work. The attention to detail was more than I could've asked for. Every one of the staff are fun and friendly. The experience was great. This is a tough one to review. I visited Think Pink for the first time and got two services from two people and the difference in experience was like night and day.What I liked:- I got gel pedicure with Lyna and she did an awesome job- Lyna constantly checked in to confirm if I'm comfortable with length, massage etc- Lyna worked hard on my ingrown toe nails - The staff around seemed to be very helpful (for eg: someone who was cleaning up after my manicure offered me a shoulder massage) What I didn't like:- I had an appointment for gel pedicure and gel manicure with Stephanie and when I arrived on time for my appointment, I was told she is busy working on someone else - what's the point of an appointment then? (I agreed to work with someone else, which turned out to be Lyna for the pedicure, in the interest of my time)- Stephanie did the fill and gel manicure. She didn't really seem to care how I want my nails done / what my personal preference is. For example, she added round corners to my square nails and of course there was no going back. Also, I had to ask her to match length of all my nails and she didn't seem happy about the request.- Stephanie also excused herself from my service to go wax someone else's eyebrows and also walked away as soon as she applied the final coat - never asking me if I am satisfied with the manicure; someone else came over to massage my hands and told me I'm done - very abrupt- I wasn't offered anything to drink, not even water - not sure if this nail salon offers anything but just felt very weird for a 2.5 hour appointment that cost $90 (including 20% tip)Will I go back? I'm not sure. I'd probably go back just for the awesome Lyna and perhaps get a mani from her this time; but I only like to go to places that appreciate my business and I did not feel like that at Think Pink Nail Salon. Friendly staff... not such great service.Got a classic pedi and gel mani, $75 (with tip).  At first glance my gel nails looked great, though the pedi was less than thorough, it looked okay, so I didn't complain.  I honestly assumed it was because I chose the lowest priced option.  My nails weren't perfect but overall weren't terrible.  After a week the white tip is brown and chipping (and yes I am super careful with my nails, especially when I've paid that much).  I mean they are so brown my kids keep telling me it looks like I need to wash my hands.  I'll be going to a different salon to have the gel removed and redone.  What a waist of time and money. The worst ever! Paid for an upgrade pediacure and Left my feet rough. What is the point of getting your feet done professionally. Then went to go fix it and used another tool, use too much and felt it burning on my feet and had to pull away. Messed up my nail polish and half way fix it painted over so now looks so unprofessional! Didn't apologized or anything. Just want to know how much tip when checking out. As well got a manicure but the basic but would have expected her to clean the underneath of my nails but no and edges were rough. The salon is gorgeous! It was so clean and the lighting is perfect. There is no chemical smell to the salon. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and offered a drink. I got a deluxe pedicure and a dip manicure. The salon uses new tools for each customer (file, buffer, etc). The pedicure was great and very relaxing! The manicure tables have vents to help prevent all the dust that can occur while getting your nails done. I love the dip nails! I had a few issues, but the salon fixed them up right away! The salon itself is very nice. I especially like that when you walk in you don't smell the typical odors that you find in a nail salon. I was happy with my nails (gel manicure) until the 6th day. The polish started separating from nail at the tip. I went back in and they fixed it. However, the next day it started to do it on other nails. I have had gel manicures done at other salons and they have always lasted for a minimum of 2 weeks. Their prices are higher than other locations so I would expect them to last as long. Read Less

In my opinion Think Pink is an excellent nail spa.  I think it is the best in St Louis, MO.  They have excellent customer service.  I've been several times and have been serviced by different technicians.  Each one has provided me excellent service with the standards being the same each time.  I'm really particular about cleanliness.  I've seen several shops in the area that do not follow the proper equipment cleaning procedures.  They have several improvements that help keep the dust down at the manicure tables.  The ventilation is excellent.  There is no strong paint smell like in some shops.  Stephanie and Jason are the managers and make sure to greet every customer the enters.  All the staff are friendly and helpful.  I recommend making an appointment if you are planning to come on the weekend.  My experience has been that Monday through Thursday are better walk in days. First time there, took some time for tech to come do my pedi, served room temp water, bulky uneven polish, neck massage was OK, but... my daughter got the worse of it, scraped her foot raw, broke the skin, her polish chipped very next day! It also seemed like an Elaine moment on Seinfeld where techs chatted back and forth and hardly talked to us! I don't recommend this place unless you don't care about how your nails turn out! As nice and expensive as the salon looks, don't let it fool you. I get acrylic nails every two weeks at a salon in STL usually. However, I was about to go on vacation and wanted to get fill and my salon was closed. I was seated relatively quickly but noticed the work station was not cleaned off prior to me sitting. Nail clippings and dust everywhere. I informed the nail tech that one of my nails had crack through the middle of my nail and she didn't acknowledge it. Instead, she put acrylic straight over the crack. This made me weary of the salon already. She then nicked the top of my nail which made my shape wonky. Finally, even my nail polish was bubbly. There were spots where the nail polish "popped" under the heated fan. So I go on vacation and the nail I told her to fix snaps on the train not even 12 hours later, and another nail just falls off the next day. I walked in, and while they were relatively busy, I was seated immediately. The gel polish selection was amazing! I had Kelly and she was gentle but thorough. I was offered water and given a hand and shoulder massage. All that for less than I spend at my usual salon! My only tip to patrons is be specific on what shape and length you want. OH MY GOSH!!! This place was amazing! I just left and had such an incredible experience that I had to leave a review! I I went with my sister and a friend today, and we felt so pampered. My nail tech was soooo kind and helpful. She made it very evident that she cares about the customer getting what they want. My sister commented that her color didn't turn out as she expected, and the nail tech offered many times to change it at no cost. I work in the complex and was excited to have the ease of a spa close by. To be honest I never thought I would become a regular, mainly because I have lived in the St. Charles since I was little and was loyal to a nail salon on zumbehl. Little did I know Stephanie and her crew would take me in like family. The first experience here was awesome. They always offer beverages ask what you want on the TV and give you massages (no it's not extra!) because of Stephanie's bug heart she is allowing a few employees to practice at her studio. But if you are dissatisfied with the results like a few people have been, you solely need to ask. Let them know you aren't happy with the results (before the end of course) and they will fix it. Stephanie's small business is definitely worth the visit. First of all, her technique in SNS gel powder dip is flawless and detail oriented. Second of all, she wants to please her customers so she pays attention to the little things that spoil and pamper her clients, like the small back massage you get with a manicure or pedicure and the complimentary tea or water she offers. Her facility is spotless, and she pays attention to sterilization and cleanliness routines, autoclaving tools she reused but using and then discarding separate file and buffing tools for each individual customer. For several months, I have visited a competitor who also does SNS gel powder dip a little farther away, and I was happy, but now that Stephanie opened her salon up next to Orangetheory at the Streets of St. Charles, I will easily save time and get my nails done after a workout and then visit my two favorite restaurants next door - Picasso's and Wasabi. Kudos to Stephanie for investing in the St. Louis region after coming here from New York. You can't go wrong visiting this establishment. Read Less
